1999-Present Recording Engineer, Pro Tools Editor, and Mixer. Participation in over 100 projects, including major label albums, internationally released DVDs, and national ad campaigns. Notable artists include Phil Collins, Aretha Franklin, Kool & The Gang, Fourplay, Taj Mahal, George Benson, BB King, James Taylor, and Dave Grusin. Extensive work with guitarist/producer Lee Ritenour.

1988-Present Sound Reinforcement Engineer. International touring and concert production with various artists including Lee Ritenour, James Ingram, Mary Chapin Carpenter, and Dave Koz. Work includes Front of House Mixing, Monitor Engineering, and Tour Management.

1997-1999 Engineer, A&M Recording Studios, Hollywood, CA. Participation in dozens of projects, including work with such luminaries as Ringo Starr, Chicago, Yes, Melissa Etheridge, Joe Cocker, and Billy Corgan.

1999-Present Studio Technician. Design, installation, custom wiring, and maintenance of client project studios.

Academic Experience:

2011-Present Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Audio Engineering and Live Sound Technology, New England School of Communications at Husson University, Bangor, ME. Responsible for the supervision of ten faculty, curriculum development for two academic programs, design and maintenance of nine control rooms and associated recording spaces, and a significant yearly budget. Accomplishments include:

Design and integration of a holistic curriculum for the Live Sound Technology concentration.

Commissioning of the Post-Production and Music Post-Production tracks within the Audio

Engineering concentration. Expansion of student experiential learning opportunities, including

in-field participation by Live Sound students in the Blake Shelton country music cruise on Norwegian Cruise Lines, leadership and instruction at dozens of events, coordination of multiple student trips to industry conventions, and advising of two student organizations.

Design and build of the Gracie Post-Production Suite, a new post-production facility.

Professional Career Highlights:

2007 Mixing The Lift, an album for Thai recording artist Groove Riders. The album was successful in Thailand, garnering multiple number one singles and winning Album of the Year and Producer of the Year awards.

2003-Present Front of House mixing for an audience of 17,000 at the Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles, California, for jazz artist Lee Ritenour and Friends. Touring in over 18 countries, including the following events:

2002 Tracking and mixing the single “What I Like About You,” for Canadian rock band Lillix. The recording saw weekly broadcast as the main title for the Warner Brothers sitcom, What I Like About You and was used in the ABC motion pictures “Freaky Friday” and “13 Going On 30”.

1997-Present Participation in multiple Grammy-nominated and/or Grammy-winning projects including: Macy Gray - On How Life Is, Dave Grusin and Lee Ritenour - Two

Worlds, and George Benson and Al Jarreau - Givin’ It Up.

2011 – Present Regular participant in Bangor, Maine jazz scene (trumpet)

2007-2011 Member, California State Univ. Los Angeles Afro-Latin Ensembles. (trumpet) 2006 Released Brachiocephalic Trunk, a self-produced and performed full-length

album featuring original songs and performances on vocal, guitar, keyboard, harmonica, and trumpet.

2000-Present Performance and production on a variety of commercial recording projects, including advertising campaigns for Circuit City and Walmart.
