Parking fee: 30 NOK pr. day, 50 kr for both days,

Distance parking-arena: 200-400 m

Map: Isebakketjern. Up-dated March 2015. Equidistance 5 m. Scale: see information for the two days.

There will be control descriptions on the map. For the individual races there will be extra control descriptions at the start.

Terrain:Mostly open forest. On the hills mostly pine forest, in the valleys somewhat denser spruce. Near the arena there will be areas with extensive mining activity. This gives many small and large quarries and heaps of rock. Only the most prominent are marked on the map. Thee will often be a small heap of rock near the marked quarries, and a small quarry near the marked heaps of rock. The quarries are marked with a black V if they are not (nearly) permanently filled with water and marked with a blue V. There are few paths.

With the exception of the shortest courses, the course Sunday will visit terrain which is demanding both for running and navigation.

Out-of bounds. On the map are marked several newly planted areas and an animal protection zone. This marked on the maps and are strictly forbidden to enter. There are some cultivated land on the map (symbol 415), according to the Norwegian rules this is also strictly out of bounds.

Punching system: Emit

Prizes: For N-åpen and D/-12 preizes to all. For the classes D/H 13-16 one third. For the elite classes one third. Other classes prizes to the winners. No prizes in the direct classes.

Results: On the results board and via local wireless network for LIVE results.

Shower: Due to protection of the local wet land we have not gotten permission for showers.

Childrens parking : Free while the parents are running

Småtroll: At the arena. 30 kr pr. day. Participants in the EKT-course must bring their own Emit-unit

Direc classes: Entry at the arena both days for Dirct classes and N-open. Free start.

Sales: Kiosk with the usual sortiment. Sports equipment from Sport8.

Toaletter: Near arena

To the start 200-500 m follow with orange/white tapes. First start 12:30. N- and C-klassers free start 11:30-13:30.

It is self-service for number bibs at the start for the following classes D13, H13, D14, H14, D15, H15, D16, H16, D21-E og H21-E.

Call in 3 minutes before start. Start 1 ca 200 m fra timer start to start poitn. Start 2 ca 100 m from time start to start point. First start 10:00. N- og C-classerc free start 10:00-11:30

Self-service at the drinks controls. H21-E has a map exchange. Self-service at the map exchange..

GPS-tracking All starters in D16 and H16 as well as the last starters in D15 and H15 will be running with GPS. List of te runners using the GPS will be in the info kiosk. The GPS units are hande out on the arena. The runners will have to bring them to the start themselves. We remind you of the rules of fair-play. It is not allowed to check the tracking of other runners before yopur own start.

There will be an analysis of courses and route choices for the classes using GPS by Eva Jurenikova and available from the Monday after the event.
