Gagan and Neeraj have known each other for 15 years. They have worked together multiple times over the years on projects and new business ideas.

Morgan and Matt worked as a designer/engineer pair for the last 1.5 years, building both Android and iOS apps. While looking for their next gig, they were introduced to Gagan by a mutual friend.

Since then, we've all bonded over our love of food, simple design and changing the world - one dish at at time.

WHO WE ARE

We're all lovers of food and mobile. The problem is that restaurants haven't changed, and are designed for a world before mobile phones, delivery, and a health-conscious market.

Gagan and Morgan spend every moment in a restaurant wondering how they could make it better. Neeraj is a delivery fiend but is sick of all the butter, oil and grease in Chinese and Pizza. Matt has the most sophisticated taste, and is desperately in search of a healthy alternative to his current options.

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS

Morgan Springer

Stanford: graduated with a degree in Symbolic Systems and a Fulbright scholarship.

Tellme/Microsoft: lead designer on $25 million Domino's account. In his spare time, co-filed a patent for his work on voice interactions in the Xbox Kinect.

Catapult Design: worked with the CEO, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, to launch the firm. Guest lecturer on product design at Stanford and cross-cultural design at Haas.

Pre-launch Startup: product concepts led to a $10M series A.

Neeraj Berry

High school: EIC of award-winning high school newspaper. Earned a spot on the SJ Mercury News summer writing staff as a result.

Jefferies: ranked top of his analyst class of 40 investment bankers. Worked with senior management of large public companies to raise acquisition-related capital of up to $2B.

12Society: first business hire and head of marketing, operations at subscription e-commerce company. Grew from $0-$1M run-rate in 4 months.

Matt Kent

Rochester Institute of Technology: personally invited to work with Erich Gamma (author of "Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software" and creator of J-Unit) at the IBM Research lab in Zurich. RadRails: co-founder of a Rails IDE that was downloaded over 100,000 times.

Startup Consultant: started a consulting company where acted as first engineer at pre-product companies. Hired engineering teams and built initial product for companies that have raised over $100M.
