Peter Steffek

Graduate Engineer & Graduate Industrial Engineer

After completion of his civil engineering degree at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Peter Steffek worked at Bilfinger Berger AG for six years. During this time he was in charge of managing national and international projects independently. Since 2005, he has been active in the fields of Lean Management and Business Process Optimization, and has successfully completed a second degree in industrial engineering.

Since 2008, Peter Steffek is the managing director at KTC – Karlsruhe Technology Consulting GmbH and is responsible for the area of Management Consulting, including Business Process Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Performance Management. Mr. Steffek has a teaching assignment at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He is married and a father of three children.
