The regulatory requirement for PostNord for standard letters is that at least 93% must be delivered on time. This requirement is among the highest in the world. However, delivery quality for both standard letters and Quick Letters is currently higher than 95%, and PostNord’s goal is that letter quality is always at least 95%.

Maximum: 23 x 17 x 0.5 cm (slightly larger than C5). Letters that weigh more than 50 g or are more than 0.5 cm thick are franked as large letters or maxi letters.

Maximum: 33 x 23 x 1 cm (slightly larger than C4). Letters that weigh more than 250 g or are more than 2 cm thick are franked as maxi letters.
