Overview

The Mini MBA is a new crash course from EBC developed specially for top and middle management and covering strategy, marketing, finance, human resources, and performance management.

The training is conducted by instructor / authors. Each of them is a certified specialist in their field of knowledge, possessing practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge.

The training is conducted in an interactive form. The majority of the course is based on the case study method commonly used by top international business schools in their MBA programs. The training comprises case studies from the best experience of international companies.

Executive Mini MBA focuses more on the professional Business/Management activities & enables you to put the main ideas/concepts of the MBA in practice while saving time and cost.

Who Should Attend

Directors and managers concerned with business value growth and participating in strategy development and decision making on optimization and valuation of a company’s performance

Managers and specialists without narrowly specialized knowledge on the five subjects of the program (strategy, marketing, finance, improvement of personal efficiency and methods of personnel motivation, and performance management).
