INTRODUCTION

The service CPI ON LINE allows to display and to modify the personal data and the cv’s data registred at the Job Center of competence.

This service, at present in pilot phase, is only available for thoseto the citizens who areregistred at one of the Job Centers of the Province of Turin.

To be able to use the service the authentication is compulsory. In order to get the credentials to access two modalities are possible:

1. being in possession of a smart card for digital signature with an authentication certificate issued by a Certification Authority recognized by Cnipa or;

2. going to the Job Center competent and applying for the release of a digital certificate. In accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Law on the protection of personal data) the Region of Piedmonte, all the piedmontese Provinces and the Job Centers connected with the SILP (Informative System of the Job Centers of the Region of Piedmonte),would like to inform you that: 1. the personal data, gathered in accordance with the Law referred above, will be only used to

let the Job Centers carry out their activities;

2. provision of the personal data is compulsory being instrumental to the operations above indicated;

3. the management of the personal data is done through ICT procedures able to minimize the risk of unauthorized accesses, data stealings or misuse in accordance with the articles 31 and succeeding of the Dlgs 196/2003;

4. the personal data will not be communicated to third parties;

5. the responsible for the management of the personal data is CSI-Piemonte, Corso Unione Sovietica 216, as Piedmontese Public Administration’s ICT Instrumental Body .

AUTHENTICATION

The access to the service CPI ON LINE is possible through two modalities:

1. entering username and p/w (freely chosen by the user upon receipt from the CPI of the PIN and pressing the login button);

2. using “faint”digital certificate (released by the CPI) either digital signature’s smart card released by a Certification Authority.

In the page Presentation the software allows the data’s consultation and management related to: 1. Personal data

The s/w allows furthermore to download and to print the following documents: 1. Curriculum vitae

2. Certificate of inscription 181 (certificate of working availability).

In order to use the functions available it will be sufficient to click on the buttons at the left side of the template.

DISPLAY AND UPDATE

In the page STUDI is possible to view the information concerning the education.

By using the buttons ELIMINA and AGGIUNGI it’s possible to delete data on studies and qualifications and to add more updated information on courses and qualifications.

The field that can be updated are the following: 1. Level of the diploma/qualification 2. Title of the diploma/qualification 3. Year of achievement

CONOSCENZE INFORMATICHE

In the page Conoscenze informatiche is possible to consult the information concerning the ICT knowledge owned by the user.

By using the buttons ELIMINA ed AGGIUNGI it’s possible to delete data on ICT knowledge and to add more updated information.

The field that can be updated are the following: 1. Typology

2. Detail 3. Level

CONOSCENZE LINGUISTICHE

In the page Conoscenze linguistiche it is possible to view the information concerning the language knowledge owned by the user.

By using the buttons ELIMINA ed AGGIUNGI it’s possible to delete data on the linguistic knowledge and to add more adjourned information.

The field that can be updated are the following: 1. Language known

2. Written (level) 3. Spoken (level) 4. Read (level)

ESPERIENZE LAVORATIVE

In the page Esperienze lavorative the s/w allows at present to view the information related to the working experiences accrued by the user.

Shortly it will be possible also making updates. The data that can be displayed are the following:

1. Enterprise’s denomination 2. Job description

3. Date of job’s start 4. Date of job’s ending
