Dear Lavner Camps Families,
Below is the information that you need to know for Video Game Programming & Design Camp:
*At Video Game Design Camp, campers will use the program Multimedia Fusion 2 and/or Fusion 2.5 to create their own video games for use on computers, and create game Apps compatible with the Android™. Campers will also learn how to create an App compatible with iOS® devices if they would like to do so on their Mac at home.
General Information for Camp:
• Suggested Items for camp: A water bottle and sun tan lotion. If you would like an instructor to assist your child with applying sun tan lotion, please email authorization to [email protected]. • Footwear: Closed-foot sneakers are encouraged.
• Camp Hours: Full Days are from 9:00am to 3:30pm (Drop off – 8:45am to 9:00am and Pick up 3:30pm to 3:45pm.) Half Days are from 9:00am to 11:30am or 1:00pm to 3:30pm.
• Extended Hours: Early Arrival is from 8:15am to 9:00am and
Extended Day is from 3:30pm to 5:45pm.
• Nut Free Camp: We are a "nut free" camp. Please do not send your child to camp with any nut products.
• Cell Phone Policy: Campers may bring cell phones, but use is NOT permitted except during lunchtime or if there is an emergency.
• Lunch: Campers may pack their own lunch or purchase lunch. Lunch is $6/day and is catered by quality area restaurants.
• Registration: If you registered online or via mail, your registration is complete. If you registered over the phone, and have not yet
can participate in camp activities. You can access online registration by visiting lavnercamps.com and clicking on “Register Now” at the top of our homepage.
• Medical Conditions/Allergies: If your child has allergies or other medical conditions not already provided on the registration form, please email this information to [email protected] before your child begins camp.
• Medication: If medication is needed during camp, please provide our camp office with authorization to dispense medication and directions to do so. Please provide the medication to your child’s lead instructor. • Drop Off/Pick Up: Campers must be signed in and signed out each
day by a person authorized to do so. Authorization is completed during online registration. If the person is under 18 years old, please specify this during online registration.
• Consent Form: A camper may not participate in camp if the consent form is not completed/submitted by a legal guardian. If you registered online, your registration is complete.
• Behavioral Policy: As a reminder, please review our Behavioral Policy on our website in the "General Information" section. • Computers: All computers are supplied.

Drop Off/Pick Up: Use the main entrance (next to the tennis courts). There will be a Filmmaking sign inside the lobby of the main entrance indicating which door to use to go to Video Game Design Camp, which is held in the Banquet Hall.
Germantown Academy 340 Morris Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034 • Register at www.gacamp.org for camp, lunch, and extended hours • Bring a bathing suit and towel because swimming is available • Ages 6 to 13
Drop Off/Pick Up: Use the main entrance (Korman Family Pavilion located between number 32 –Alter Middle School and number 31 – McNeil Upper School on the Campus Map). Video Game Design Camp will be located in the McVeigh Community Room.

Drop Off/Pick Up: Follow the “one-‐way” from St. Augustine Circle (main entrance of the school) until you reach the “Student Drop Off” located directly outside of Sullivan Hall. Video Game Design Camp will be held in Carney Hall, room 202.
Extended Hours: Will be in Good Counsel Hall room 201 (number 6 on the campus map).
Drop Off: Follow the one-‐way until you reach Alumnae Hall (next to Alumnae Field), which is number 1 on the campus map. All Video Game Design campers must be signed in at Alumnae Hall.
Pick Up: Pick up will occur outside of Lawrence Hall (number 10 on the campus map). Video Game Design Camp will be held in Good Counsel Hall, room 201.
Springside Chestnut Hill Academy 500 W. Willow Grove Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118
• This camp is listed as “Computer Game Design” on the SCH website and will feature all Video Games for the computer
• Register at www.summersideonthehill.org for camp, lunch, and extended hours.

Drop Off/Pick Up: The “Middle School Reception Parking Lot” on the Cherokee Campus. There will be a sign outside of the entrance indicating which classroom Computer Game Design Camp will be located in.

• Campers may pack a lunch or bring $9/day to purchase lunch from the Stuart cafeteria
• Ages vary based on the week. See our camp booklet and/or www.lavnercamps.com for the camper ages of each week.

University of Pennsylvania 3417 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 Drop Off/Pick Up: Perelman Quad (located at 34th and Spruce). Camps
are being held in either Houston Hall or Irvine Auditorium, which are both located in the Perelman Quad. A Lavner Camps’ representative will be outside in the Perelman Quad with a sign indicating which building (Houston Hall or Irvine Auditorium) Video Game Design Camp will be located in.
