Polteq test training
General information
Polteq offers an extensive training program in software testing, aimed at different target groups such as (senior) test engineers, test coordinators, test consultants and test managers. Training is divided into certification training, practical training, basic training, technical training and specialized topics.
Certification training
We offer several courses that lead to an internationally recognized certificate and are accredited to provide courses for any level of ISTQB and TMap® certification. In addition, our training department is qualified to provide iSQI training for Certified
Certified Agile Tester and Certified Agile Essentials, the CMAP training Mobile App Testing and the certification training for IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering. We also arrange the examination following these courses.
Practical training
The practical courses we offer are aimed in particular at acquiring practical experience. Practical information, tips and tricks are provided to help the course participants in their daily (testing) activities. The objective is that participants will be able to directly put what they have learned during these courses into practice. Our teachers have comprehensive practical experience which they will gladly share with the course participants. During the course, there will be enough time and opportunity to discuss the participants’ own practical scenarios.
Basic training
Basic courses are appropriate for anyone who needs a basic understanding of software testing. Participants attend these courses for an introduction to software testing or to increase their awareness of testing. These courses will also provide participants with general knowledge and tips and tricks that they can use to (better) implement their testing process.
Specialized topics
We have extensive experience in the testing profession and have gained a leading position in innovating in the area of software testing. We have developed several courses on specialized subjects, such as end-to-end testing, test improvement, context driven testing and testing of cloud services.
Technical training
The use of tools in the testing process is becoming increasingly important. That is why we have developed a number of courses such as Optimization of test automation, Mobile app testing in practice, Testing the API behind a mobile app, Security Testing, Testing in SOA environments and two Selenium courses.
Customized courses
In addition, we provide customized (in-house) courses on request, varying from half a day to a few weeks. For customized courses a selection can be made from the ‘standard’ course topics or new material can be developed. The detailed content of a customized course will be discussed and agreed with our customers and developed for your specific organization. Please contact us for more information.

The complete training program is available in The Netherlands and Belgium, at Polteq’s offices as well as in-house training on request, in both English and Dutch.

Discounts
There is a 10% discount when more than four participants are registered by the same company, and a 20% discount when there are more than eight participants.
Cancellation
Cancellation incurs no cost until 10 days prior to the course date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the course cost will be charged if cancellation or rescheduling occurs 5 to 10 business days prior to the course date. After this period, there is no refund.

Take exit 23a on the E40 motorway, towards Luik.
Exit 23a is the 2nd exit, after the Leuven exit, when you come from Brussels. At the exit you head for Haasrode.
Turn right at the 2nd traffic lights. You will find the Business Centre (BC) on your left, after about 1 km. An orange cube with ‘BC’ in white letters indicates that you have arrived at the Business Centre.
You will find the entrance at the left side of the building, beyond the patio. Take the driveway to get to both the entrance and the parking area at the back of the building.
