The company plans investment in latest technologies expanding manufacturing capacity to sterile products like liquid ampoules and vials, lyophilized vials and to oral liquids.

The company's future plans include expansion of current product portfolio to niche dosage forms and products and entering into new markets including EU.

Moreover, a higher emphasis is made on manufacturing and in the searching for drug products under a first to market strategy in Georgia and in export markets of GM Pharma.

MARKET ACCESS AND FUTURE EXPANSION PLANS

GEORGIA

Since 2017, GM Pharma has been the market leader in the Georgian pharmaceutical market, in terms of both, sales value and sales units.

GM Pharma exports more than 100 products to 10 countries around the world (Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine).

And has representative offices in 5 former CIS countries (Uzbekistan, Armenia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan), employing more than 200 Employees expanding sales and being among the top five companies in several of these markets.

GM Pharma plans to open up representative offices in Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan within the next three years followed by market entries of products currently in the registration phase.

ACKNOWLEDGED EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING OF MODERN DRUG PRODUCTS

The 55% of the company's annual turnover comes from own manufacturing site in Tbilisi, while the 45% comes from the sales under GM Pharma's trademark of imported products manufactured by GMP certified m a n u f a c t u r e r s i n v a r i o u s c o u n t r i e s (Switzerland, Germany, USA, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Argentina, Greece).

GM Pharma is regularly inspected for compliance with the GMP Standards and regulations by Regulatory Agencies from export markets and by independent auditors from the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union.

To expand its product development capabilities GM Pharma closely cooperates with renown European or other scientific-research centers and applies their technology and expertise in the manufacturing of products in its Tbilisi

Georgia plant.

In 2018, a new certified Research and Development Laboratory was established in GM Pharma. The Laboratory has been designed and is fully equipped with modern pieces of Lab scale processing machines and equipment to drive for new dosage forms and

innovative combinations of drug products.

The full manufacturing cycle of GM Pharma complies with the modern standards of pharmaceutical production.

GM Pharma uses cutting edge technologies, machinery and equipment in the manufacture of its drug products, thereby meeting strict environmental and employee safety and health standards.

GM Pharma Manufacturing is moving towards digital transformation through integration of systems and processes like computerized warehouse management system, document management system, production planning and scheduling and continuously introducing advanced systems aiming at greater agility, flexibility and operational performance.

The basic formulation processes currently carried out in the factory are Blending, Granulation, Tableting, Tablet coating, Capsule filling, Bottle filling, Sachet filling and Blister and Bottle

packaging.

GM Pharma's manufacturing plant is equipped with modern machinery and laboratory equipment made by the world's leading companies: Bosch, Fette, Uhlmann, Hüttlin, IMA, Bohle, Servolift, Skinetta, Enflex, Erweka, Millipore, Agilent

technologies and Stilmas.

In 2020 GM Pharma has been awarded by Swiss Rating Association as the “Leader of the Year” –

“Best Employer in Pharma Sector”. GM Pharma became the best pharmaceutical company in Georgia, according to the expenses on the personnel – both the average salary as well as the total costs to employees, which includes other benefits and the amount of spent on staff training and development.

This is especially important because 2020 was a particularly difficult year given the COVID reality.

2004 – International Conference “GMP for the Caucasus” is held in Tbilisi.

2020 – Best Employer in Pharma Sector.

2017, 2019, 2020 – Leader of the Year Award in Georgian Pharmaceutical Industry by Swiss Rating Agency and National Business Rating Union.

2004 – Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) names GM Pharma as The Best Medium-sized Enterprise.

2010 – GM Pharma the Best Innovative Company of the Year in Georgia.

2008 – ISO 9001:2000 Recertification audit was carried out at the Company.

2003 to 2007 – Products registered in the CIS countries.

2008 – Quality Control Laboratory of the Company was accredited for compliance with ISO 17025 and Accreditation Centre – National Body of Accre- ditation – assigned the company a status of Accredited Quality Control and Research Labo- ratory. The company undergoes the ISO 17025 control audit every year since 2009.

2011 – In consequence of recertification audit, the Company was granted with Certificate ISO 9001:2008 of compliance.

2004 – Quality Assurance System of the Company was granted the Certificate ISO 9001:2000 in compliance with international standards by ISO – International Organization of Standardization (Certification Body TUV Suddeutschland). The company undergoes the control audit every year since 2005, in compliance with the current version of ISO 9001.

2007 – The experts of “Heathside Information Services” (Great Britain) conducted the audit at the company. In consequence, the Company was granted with certificate of compliance with GMP, EU Vol. IV of Good Manufacturing Practice.

2014 – In consequence of the Ukrainian Regulatory Inspection, the company was granted with the certificate of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice GMP PIC/S.

2005 – Research and Development Laboratory established.

2017, 2018, 2020 – The company was inspected by Ukrainian Regulatory Inspection again and was granted with the certificate of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice GMP PIC/S.

2017, 2018 – The company was granted with NSF International GMP certificate (the USA) in the field of manufacturing the dietary supplements.

February 2000 – The Company launches its first product.

2014 – Recertification audit ISO 9001:2008 was carried out at the company.

2021 – The company passed the ISO 9001:2015 Control Audit (Certification Body TUV Suddeutsch- land).

2019 – The company's Microbiological Control Laboratory was accredited to ISO 17025:2017/2018 and awarded the status of an accredited laboratory by the Accreditation Center. The company under- goes the control audit every year since 2020, in com- pliance with the current version of ISO 17025.

2019 – Export sales of GM Pharma exceeded sales in Georgia a step forward in becoming global organi- zation and a significant achievement for the Georgian economy.
