Social Worker to client referral
Care Options Network was started 32+ years ago in response to the need for social workers at the hospital level to have a comprehensive resource to make informed referrals. Today, being visible to social workers via our resources is more important than ever.
They, and other industry pros, use our resources every day to guide the consumer.
Member to Member referrals
While networking, remember to ask for referrals and offer them to others.
Speaking of referrals, we’d love to hear from you if you know others who want to enhance their visibility among industry pros and add to the compre- hensiveness of our resources and network. Care Options Network is all about bringing more options to older adults. We’re stronger together!
Real World Referrals
In a personal industry like ours, where relationships, trust, and overall awareness are so important, many referrals can be difficult to track.

What to Expect from this talk:
Whether naïve or grounded, a person’s narrative informs their daily choices. In this experiential session, participants will explore perspectives and creative tools to evoke and assist when narratives change. Included in the session will be addressing the grief of shattered stories; bibliotherapeutic
tools for revising stories; and bridges between earlier, current and future narratives.
