COURSE

DEVELOPMENT

Once we have been through the initial identification of the potential opportunities for your business, using resources from our Training Academy, our Training Consultants will work with you to produce a tailored training plan and unique workbook for future reference.

You, your business and employees all have individual needs and learning styles. We capture these to ensure at each stage of the process, every individual can be fully supported to have time to effectively learn the skills needed to support your investment.

Training will commence once you are happy with the content and the training plan.

TRAINING

SESSIONS

Konica Minolta has a dedicated Customer Training Group that covers the whole of the UK mainland. The Customer Training Group provides comprehensive user training to enable users to get the most effective and efficient use from our devices and also offers a training service aligned to the customer workflow, and not just limited to the software or product.

The training sessions are interactive and groups are kept small to ensure each delegate has the

opportunity to participate.

COURSE

EVALUATION

We guarantee that our training will be effective and we measure training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick and Miller methodologies.

After the initial training, a follow up email will be sent to the delegates, with hyperlinks to training documents and also links to a training survey form, used to monitor effectiveness of training material and trainer performance.

The next stage of evaluations is to visit the customer 8 – 12 weeks after the training to undertake observations and interviews to assess that the training is meeting its objectives.

NEEDS ANALYSIS

Training needs analysis requires the identification of the gap between required performance and actual performance.

To enable the effective design of the training, Konica Minolta will undertake a training needs and professional gap analysis, to understand the customer’s knowledge and skill level before designing a training plan.

This enables us to understand and design the scope of each session needed to fill any gap in customer skill and knowledge with workflow training.

Online system introduction

iTraining provides an online system introduction in which all important functions are explained in detail in clear video sequences. Step-by-step guidance, providing simple instructions to help you get to know your multifunctional device in an easy way. Available at any time - day or night!

Main functionalities

The iTraining covers the main functionalities of the system. The main functionalities can vary from system to system (i.e. box functions, color functions, fax functions) which is why our iTraining is machine specific.

The content of iTraining provides a useful starting point for users and is ideal for use as a refresher after delivering our on-site training.
