Using the factory recommended program ensures that your aircraft is in full alignment with your aircraft’s OEM Product Support team. This includes Reliability Analysis, Maintenance Program Revisions, Spare Parts Forecasting, and Service Planning to name a few. The word which best describes this value is “Pedigree.” Your aircraft will retain the most value at time of resale when you can show it has been maintained to the strictest guidelines as set by the manufacturer. There is no better way to accomplish this than with CAMP.
PEOPLE
CAMP employs more than 450 people worldwide, with more experience than any other Maintenance Tracking Service in the industry. It starts with our Procedural Team, who scours the Manufacturer’s Maintenance Manuals, Service Information as well as Regulatory Directives. The result is the industry’s most comprehensive library of maintenance requirements to track your aircraft. Add to that our aircraft Analysts, whose model experience ensures that each compliance action is recorded and added to your maintenance schedule appropriately. CAMP’s regionally based Field Service Representatives are located close to you to offer on-site training and support. Lastly, the Information Technology team builds and supports CAMP’s web-based system which ties it all together.

Manufacturers use the data to measure and improve reliability, make inspection programs safer and more cost effective, and plan support logistics such as spare parts.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE
AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
Our flagship product, CAMP Maintenance (MTX) is the industry’s leading Aircraft Maintenance and Compliance Management solution. CAMP MTX is backed by the industry’s most comprehensive database of aircraft maintenance requirements, which include your aircraft manufacturer’s latest revisions to Maintenance Manual Chapter 4 and 5, Maintenance Planning Documents, the Illustrated Parts Manual, Regulatory Airworthiness Directives and Service Information. With this database CAMP MTX assures you the highest level of safety and compliance for your aircraft. Helping you align your aircraft with these requirements are CAMP Analysts, who are compliance specialists for your make and model aircraft. All this information is presented to you online through the newest and most technically advanced web-based application in the industry. Safe and secure, your maintenance information is available to you anytime, anywhere with just a web browser and Internet connection.
CAMP EHM
ENGINE HEALTH MONITORING
Most of us have our heart checked regularly. When the heart has problems it affects the whole body. It is very wise to prevent major problems by catching and correcting issues early. Like the heart, when engines are not operating properly, the whole aircraft is affected. This is why Engine Health Monitoring is so important. CAMP Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) checks the health of your engine(s). CAMP is the exclusive Engine Health Monitoring provider for all Pratt & Whitney Canada engines and Honeywell TFE and HTF engines. By using information recorded during flight either by your flight crew or through the information bus of the aircraft, CAMP EHM can identify small problems before they become big problems and big problems before they become catastrophic.
CAMP IMS
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
When you have one aircraft you have “spares” – a small amount of parts you keep handy to keep you flying in case one fails. As your fleet grows, spare parts quantities grow until one day you have inventory! You might get by with a spreadsheet for a while, but the complexity of managing your spare parts quickly becomes overwhelming. Some parts have shelf-lives, others OSHA requirements, some warranty, all have value and your accounting department wants reports. Enter CAMP Inventory Management System (IMS), a comprehensive and easy to use solution to track all your inventory requirements. Shelf-life, OSHA, value, location, reorder levels, purchasing, receiving, it’s all there, ready to grow with you when you are.
CAMP FS
FLIGHT SCHEDULING SYSTEM
To manage the demands of a busy flight operation, CAMP offers CAMP Flight Scheduling (FS). Integrated with CAMP Maintenance, CAMP FS can help you plan aircraft trips, downtime for maintenance, and see future availability. CAMP FS manages crew training and pilot logs, catering, hotels, car rentals and more. Rewritten in 2010, CAMP FS is an easy to use, entirely flexible Charter Quote module.

REQUIREMENTS LIBRARY
To successfully track and manage the maintenance compliance of an aircraft, you have to monitor your OEM’s re-visions to Maintenance Manual Chapter 4 and 5, the Illustrated Parts Manual, Regulatory Airworthiness Directives and Service Information. This can often lead to thousands of tracked items per aircraft with a reference library usually quadrupl-ing that number. It’s a lot of work. CAMP’s dedicated team of Procedural Analysts has built the industry’s most comprehensive database of these requirements. Each day the team receives and logs the changes from the manufacturer which are then applied to your aircraft. The result is Status Reports accepted by regulatory agencies around the world. These Status Reports bring higher value for your aircraft at resale because of acceptance by brokers, Service Facilities, finance and insurance companies. This process is one of the many differences that distinguishes CAMP from the competition.n PROCEDURAL TEXT AND ILLUSTRATIONS(pictured)

ELECTRONIC DATA ARCHIVAL
Aircraft document retention and management is the key to keeping your aircraft in regulatory compliance. In addition, aircraft resale value can be dramatically lowered if proper documentation is not readily available. Your subscription to the CAMP Maintenance Management service includes integrated aircraft document management and archival.
The following is a list of some of the aircraft documents you can manage and archive through the CAMP application:
• The CAMP Electronic Logbook allows you to electronically archive and search all of the logbooks related to your aircraft (airframe, engine, APU, etc.). • Any structural modification documents such as FAA Form 337, can be attached to the aircraft as a part of its permanent record.
• Digital images or videos of inspections such as corrosion or borescope images can be attached to the corresponding task for historical reference.
• Completed CAMP work cards are scanned and archived as they are received. The scanned images are linked to the respective maintenance tasks so that a work compliance form can be easily retrieved when researching the history of a maintenance task. • Scanned wiring diagrams for the aircraft can be linked to the aircraft or to a specific maintenance task. • Scans of return to service “Yellow Tags” can be linked to any component. The scanned image will follow the component irrespective of the aircraft it is installed on.

The CAMP Advantage:
SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY
An aircraft maintained and tracked according to the Manufacturer’s or other acceptable maintenance program is your assurance that your aircraft is as safe as it can be. To do this work yourself is too time consuming and full of risk. The efficiency of using a compliance expert, well versed in the Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance Program, Service Information and Airworthiness Directives for your aircraft saves you money.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Regulatory agencies around the world place the responsibility of operating a safe aircraft on the owner/operator. Miss a requirement and risk expensive fines. For over forty years, CAMP has been recognized as the compliance expert for business category aircraft. CAMP works with you to ensure your aircraft is tracked in accordance with the latest revisions and notices from the manufacturer and regulatory agencies.
VALUE PROTECTION
Look at any trade magazine for business aircraft sales, you will see “Maintained on CAMP” as a key selling feature. CAMP’s thorough tracking of your maintenance history shows prospective buyers what maintenance has been completed as well as what is coming due. On CAMP, the risk of hidden maintenance issues is removed from the transaction. The result is a higher resale value and a more marketable aircraft.
OEM ENDORSEMENTS
Nothing assures the value of your aircraft more. At CAMP, we don’t try to imitate this fact with words like acceptable, available, etc. You are either endorsed or not. CAMP is the only company endorsed by Beechcraft, Boeing BBJ, Bombardier, Cessna, Daher, Dassault, Embraer, HondaJet, Honeywell, Piaggio, Pilatus and Pratt & Whitney Canada, with support for most other OEMs.
