– Wealth Zone has specialized in linking with Applications having different native architectures like SAP/ORACLE/Azure/J2EE including the support for Cloud enabled Applications.

• Test Automation for Mobile Application is in nascent stages and the commercially available frameworks do certain justice to the requirements, still leaving some significant parts of the Test Plan from being automated.

– Wealth Zone has developed in-house Mobile Application Test Automation Product for Android and iPhone OS. It is in the phase of being productized and extended.

¾ Challenges

¾ ERP platforms only automate 4 Ms (men, machines, material and money) of a business

¾ Lack of automation for domain specific project management processes ¾ Disconnect between standard ERP and business project/process

management systems

¾ Longer implementation cycles incurred during customization of generic ERP systemsHigh Total Cost of Ownership

(34)

¾ Our Approach:

¾ The specific domain's work flow is mapped into a few

typical IT modules.

¾ Each module would have a few forms. These forms would

need to be filled by different actors that provide inputs to

these steps.

¾ Based on the inputs provided in these forms - with the

application of Business logic - various kinds of reports,

actions are possible - as needed by customer.

(35)

¾ Enterprise Resource Planning is comprehensive information Management and processing system for complete control of business and industry.

¾ Records, tracks, maintains and reports every resource of the enterprise. ¾ Wealth ZoneERP is a comprehensive business application covering a wide

range of business activities.

¾ More than 50 years of combined American experience in information

systems helping build industrial strength applications that are reliable, robust, scalable and user friendly.

(36)

Enterprise Resource Planning remains same for all industries except

customization required for special needs. There are differences in manufacturing process and assembly line and for implementing ERP we give attention to this particular aspect. Some of the modules covered under ERP are as follows:

The specific domain's work flow is mapped into a few typical IT modules. Each module would have a few forms. These forms would need to be filled by

Introduction:

Manufacturing Plants have been leveraging advances in Information and Communication technology for monitoring and security of the vehicles. M/s Wealth Zoneis proposing RFID based access control system for monitoring and security of the vehicles.

Solution:

We propose solution using RFID technology. The solution is offered on global RFID protocols EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and in line with ISO 180006 C standards. This can be later integrated with Boom Barriers

(64)

VAMS‐benefits:

•Real time tracking and monitoring of all vehicles using wireless

technologies

•Elimination of Manual/Visual Verification process

•Real Time Monitoring

•Immediate reporting of Vehicle Status:

•Movement

•Presence at Milestones

• Not traceable, etc.

•Controlled and Monitored Operations

•Whereabouts of Vehicles, whether they are in any no-entry zone

(65)

System Components:

•Active RF Tags

•RF Access Points – Readers

• One of this will be used for Tag configuration and has to be in

the main office.

•Vehicle Monitoring Application Software

•Multi tier, open and scalable enterprise type Application

•The Software will be Web based

•It can be used from any location by logging into the main

server.

• E.g.: HQ Office can login and view the real-time status

reports.

(66)

Architecture:

‰ Active RFID tags (vehicle tags) are mounted on the inner part of the windscreen of vehicles. It will be possible to reutilize them.

‰ The tags come with a ruggedized case

‰ When a vehicle is about to enter the Port premises, the gate pass details

(while issuing pass) will be entered into the VAM SW Application. This data will be used for further monitoring and when the vehicle exits, the record in the database will be updated accordingly.

‰ The unique ID of the tag is linked to vehicle information in the vehicle tracking application database – vehicle number, chassis number, engine number, type of vehicle, model, owner’s name, driver’s name, photograph ‰ The Vehicle Inventory application is a web based application designed on

(67)

Architecture:

‰ The tag is integrated with vehicle authorization data in the VAM Application (time duration allowed to be within the premises)

‰ The tags have a read/write capability. The tags can be read while the vehicles are in motion.

‰ The tags have a range of 10 meters

‰ Integrated RFID readers are mounted at a strategic location on the gate or barrier where the vehicle has to be authenticated.

‰ The Integrated reader is rugged and can read tags from a range of 10 meters. It is meant for outdoor use.

‰ The readers are Ethernet enabled. The reader comes with weather proof enclosure and is fully suitable for use in the port’s outdoor environment. ‰ It is assumed that Customer will provide Ethernet and Power connectivity
