Step #1​: Referencing back to the facts you listed on the worksheet you just completed, you will now identify the ​top four working and top four not working.

Step #2​: Now that you have identified the top four working and not working, it is time to transfer them one by one over to a new worksheet.

Step #3​: Now that you have identified and transferred the top four ‘working’ and ‘not working,’

it's time to explain WHY you selected these?

Step #1: ​Referencing the worksheet, it’s time to identify the ​one-word-feeling ​that first comes to you for each of the top four ‘working’ & ‘not working.’

Step #2: ​Once you have identified the ​one-word-feeling ​for each of the ‘working’ and ‘not working’ it’s time to identify the emotional WHY behind each of the feelings.

Step #2​: Now that you've identified the Primary Story for each of the ‘working’ & ‘not working’ it is time to transfer them one by one over to this new worksheet.

Step #2​: Once you have identified the Primary Story for each of the ‘working’ and ‘not working’

it’s time to identify the ​Behavior​ behind each of the feelings.

Step #1​: Referencing the facts worksheet, it’s time to identify the FOUR Primary Dominos of focus for you heading forward toward your Future Fact Map. These dominos can be something you must start doing​ that you’re not doing or ​something you must stop doing​ that you’re

currently doing.

Step #2​: Now that you've identified the FOUR Primary Dominos it’s time to transfer them one by one over to the “DOMINOS” worksheet.

Now identify the ​one-word-Feeling ​ that first comes to you for

each of the four FACTS.

Now identify the ​Primary Story ​ you will have to believe that will drive your behavior and assure you obtain these targets.

And also identify why you feel that story is crucial.

You're at the finish line.

All of your hard work now must be focused down to one specific target.

This is the one FACT out of the FOUR you have selected that you feel is most crucial to your expansion in this domain over the next 12 months.

Step #1: ​Select the DATE 12 months from today that will be the finishing date of this target and write it in on the worksheet on the next page.

Step #2: ​Scan through your FOUR FACTS on the All of your previous worksheets in this domain reading the fruit, facts, feelings and focus and while slowly reading each one and select what you feel is the most

significant of the four.

Step #3: ​Once you have selected the Most significant FACT you will transfer this to your final sheet.

Step #4: ​Now that you have transferred the most significant FACT to the

worksheet you now must identify WHY you have selected it by filling in the

WHY section of the worksheet.
