Specifications:
Continental Metal Products Stainless Steel Storage Cabinets are constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 finish. All exposed welds to be done by Heliarc process and ground and polished to match No. 4 finish. Storage cabinets can be selected and arranged in many different ways to accommodate the storage and operational needs of any institution. Full-view doors shall allow complete visual inspection without blind areas caused by cross pieces.
The cabinets are available with finished ends and tops for freestanding and mobile installations.
Optional Slope-top and / or Stainless steel base. Two full-height, glazed doors shall be provided with stainless steel perimeter frame, Heliarc- welded to form rigid structure and polished to No. 4 finish.
Doors shall have 1⁄4” (6mm) thick shatter-proof, safety glass panes. Doors shall be supplied with chrome-plated pull handles (optional antimicrobial copper handles), hinges and roller catches. Entire front portion of door is punched and formed from one piece of 18 gauge stainless steel. Stainless steel double pan doors, sliding glass doors, and tambour roll-up doors are also available. Hinged doors are mounted on heavy duty chrome plated hinges and are secured closed using nylon friction roller catches. Two point knob lock doors are also available. Cabinets with shelves use pilaster strips that allow for height adjustment increments of 1⁄2”. The pilaster strips are easily removed to allow for proper sterilization of the cabinet and pilaster strip. Optional catheter slides for storage of catheter equipment. Quantity and location of slides are determined by customer requirements and will be mounted to the top of the cabinet or the bottom of a fixed shelf. Slides pull out fully to allow easy access to all stored items and include label on the depth of the cabinet, each slide will contain 4 or 5 holders. Depending on the depth of the cabinet each slide will contain 4 or 5 hooks for storage of equipment.
Standard modular configuration Includes; (2) 2” trays , (14) 4” trays, (2) 8” baskets, all with (2) dividers per tray/basket. Optional additional dividers, custom configurations, keyed or keyless lock, variety of interior components.
All Cabinets can be configured to the user’s specific requirements. Combination of
Catheter Slides, Adjustable Slides, Baskets and Trays can be utilized to meet customized requirements. Wire routing holes can be located as required.
