The central government’s efforts to make digital learning available to students in every corner of the country is also aiding the sector. Currently, on lone education and training in India focus equally on both school and college based coerces as well as mid- level professional courses. According to industry experts the future of education in India will on lion courses.

For India, to do well in this are a value-additions and better facilities in eEducation will have to come in the future. Some of the initiatives towards e-Education are Pratham, India, eGurukool, India, Zee interactive, India, Schoolnet, Indiaande-learning centre, UK

A. Global Requirement

In general, the Internet has been acclaimed as the Information Super Highway of the Twenty First Century, implying that information on any topic can be accessed through a few clicks of the computer mouse

WWW, Web enabled information, Radio Communication, VSAT, Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) system are some of the forms by which eEducation can be taken from Harvard, Oxford universities curriculum to a common man in any part of the world. Further, it is comparatively very fast, even class room demonstration through electronic media at multi-user end at an affordable cost. It is one of the latest tools by which online foreign university degrees can be acquired by sitting in one’s own residence. In this regard, Broad Band Technology is one of the powerful tools available to enhance the facilities of various universities to implement eEducation at the user end globally. Increasing global connectivity is opening up new possibilities for delivering education over networks.

Some countries are providing educational content on the web.

 Canada’s Schoolnet

 UK’s National Grid for LearningVirtual university initiatives will become increasingly important as global connectivity improves and telecommunication costs come down. Examples of virtual universities are:

 Monterrey, Mexico

 Western Governor’s initiative

 African Virtual University

 NIIT net varsity

B. Components of eEducation

More emphasis on Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) will enhance the understanding of theusers at the user end.

eEducation is closely related to Web. The Web is based on a three part architecture.

1. HTML–Hyper Text Markup Language, the format for web pages provides both formatting andhyper-linking.

2. HTTP–Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, the protocol to communication between web servers and browsers.

3. CGI–The Common Gateway Interface, the interface for invoking programs from web servers.

Volume 6, Issue 8, August 2019 pg. 10-15 V. DISADVANTAGES

The advantages of online education can become the disadvantages if we are not the right candidate for online education.

1. There is need of a Technology development. Learner will need access to a machine of minimum specification as dictated by the e-learning supplier or access to a service with a high bandwidth to transfer the course materials in a timely way.

2. Only in a small group a person can develop properly. At school, students learn how to make friends, be patient get rid of disappointment, and especially to compete.

3. There are lake of accreditation and low quality. Before enroll in any online course, check that the program is accredited and verify this information with the accrediting agents.

4. Another disadvantage refers to the fact that online courses cannot cope with thousands of students that try to join discussions. Also, online learning can be difficult, if it is meant for disciplines that involve practice.

5. E-Education is unsuitable for certain type of learners. e-Education requires a high level of self-discipline and personal time management.

6. Expensive:- Start-up cost of an e-learning service is expensive and the cost of production of online training materials is very high.

7. e-Education is no match for face-to-face teaching. Electronic communication does not necessarily provide a good match for face-to-face communication.

8. Students with visual or physical impairments.

9. Erratic power interruption and unaffordable investment cost for normal citizen and obsolete software are some of the bottlenecks preventing for popularization of the education.

VI. OUR POSITION ON THE ISSUE

In general, we can complete a degree online in shorter periods of time through the e-education. We think that the e- education save our money we thinking our degree online. In term of tuition fee, although it’s not always true, but in general, online degree programs cost less than campus based degree programs as most of learning materials are in downloadable format and the credits hours required to complete an online degree program is comparatively less.

We can attend the online classes at any location and we can get any knowledge at any were. In today’s busy lifestyle, most people have no time to go back to school even they have intention to get more degree for career advancement and job promotion, that time e-education is very helpful.

But sometimes the e-education is not proper for some people. The learners will need access to a machine of minimum specification. e-education is still depend on help on either the course material or the software.

VII. CONCLUSION

In conclusion, online education should be seen as a complement and extension of classical forms of learning not even the best online course can fully replace the personal contact with a teacher, or the human relationships that develop in a group. The integration of web based learning component with software like the course info bring added value to traditional education.

Student and faculty benefit from using the communication and assessment tools. Student has customized approach to knowledge acquisition that suits learning styles and busy schedules. Continual access resources to online delivery and automated management tools minimize the faculty’s cost and time associated with the experience. The advantages of online education
