 Professional entertainers; athletes; radio/TV/stage directors and producers; Other recipients of talent fees

 Fees of directors who are not employees of the company

 Payments for medical/dental/veterinary services thru Hospitals/ Clinics/Health Maintenance Orgs.

 Payment by the GPP to its partners, including medical practitioners
