The platform lets you define access rights to on-line folders for each user along with action rights specific to each of your contacts to control and optimise file exchanges.
Sharing files or folders by sending
links
The system makes it easy to send large files by e-mail. You can send your recipients’ attachments in the form of down-load links so that they can view or downdown-load your docu-ments, regardless of size or format.
Online preview
To avoid large numbers of file downloads, the platform also has a "Viewer" for previewing 300 different formats (office documents, videos, audio and pictures).
Collaborative tools
Annotation: Annotate pictures and PDF files directly within the application's viewer to collect or add comments on each file.
Online editing: Edit files directly from your iExtranet platform.
Memos: Centralise all comments relating to your file in one place.
Version management
Archive up to 50 versions of a given file to track all changes made with an index number to retrieve previous versions.
Traceability
A log is kept whenever files are sent by e-mail or actions are carried out by their recipients. You can see which attachments have been downloaded, when, by whom and from where. These statistics can then be exported in Excel format.
Configurable notifications
Notifications, which can be configured for each folder, will be sent only to those users with access to this specific folder. They will be informed of changes and actions carried out on this folder.
Search engine
Search Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint documents using the text search. Searching for information is facilitated and optimised by a search engine which allows searches to be carried out on multiple criteria (last name, contents, Meta-data, etc.).
Supervision Console
This global administration tool is designed for IT managers who want to supervise usage of the solution (user manage-ment, right to use and access, etc.). It also allows them to manage a wide range of parameters and to set up security rules.
