Downloading and Logging into bliQ

Mobile

How to Log In

If you log in through a manufacturer’s portal, follow instructions on slides 3-5 (Mobile Code login).

If you use an email and password to log in, just

select “password access” on the main screen,

and type in your email and password.

Generate a Mobile Code

First, log into bliQ on your desktop.

Then go to “My Profile

Once there, under account information, you can click the orange link that says

“Generate New Code”. Do this for each device you’d like to log in to.

Write down this code or keep

this page up, so you can enter

it in the next step.

Download the Mobile App

Look up bliQ on the App Store or on Google Play

Or, click the buttons to

the right.

Enter your Mobile Code

Once you’ve downloaded bliQ, tap on “Mobile Code Access”

Enter the code from the

earlier screen and then tap

“login”.

This mobile code is automatically reactivated when you log in to your desktop application. If it’s been more than 30 days since you’ve logged into the desktop, you’ll need to go in to refresh the code.

Home

On the bliQ mobile home screen, you can start searching for

products, resume a comparison or search, or revisit recently

viewed products.

Search

Tap the magnifying glass icon to start a search.

Type in the name of a product in the search bar.

Tap the filter icon to narrow down your

search. Simply tap on filters and click apply.

To clear the filters, either tap on them again or tap “reset”. The first half of the filters apply to all databases, while the second half are for the office database only.

On the results page, you can sort by intro

date, speed or name. Tap on a product to

view its details, or tap compare to add it to

your compare list.

Compare (iPhone)

On the first compare screen, you can rearrange, delete or add products to your list.

To rearrange, tap the icon in the top right corner, then tap and hold on the horizontal lines to drag and drop.

To add a favorite product, tap the plus sign on the top right.

Swipe left on a product to engage the “add similar models” feature, which will show competitive products. Or, to delete the product from the list.

To empty your compare list, tap “Delete All” on the top left.

Tap “Compare” to generate your side-by-side

If you have multiple products in a side-by-side, swipe to the left to move through products.

You can lock down the first product in the list by tapping the “lock” icon.

On the top of the compare screen, toggle through various side-by-side views, such as “quick specs” – a high-level overview of the product, “My Specs” – a custom view that can be set on bliQ desktop, “All Specs” – the entire spec sheet, and any related test data.

You can export the side-by-side as a PDF.

Compare (Android)

Compare Continued

Tap on “highlight differences” underneath a product to highlight all of the differences of another product. Anything that is the same will not be highlighted in yellow. Tap

“highlight differences” again to turn it off.

Tap the save icon on the top right of the

compare screen to save your comparison for

easy retrieval later.

Folders

You can access everything you’ve saved on your desktop version of bliQ via Folders.

All saved items are viewable in PDF and can be downloaded or shared.

Comparisons will open up on the compare tab.

Shared folders also appear here, if

applicable.

Product Page

On the product page, you can look at specifications and any other media

items related to a product.

You can also view product photos, and add the product to your

comparison or favorites
