TEMPORARY DRIVE ACCESS-NOVA
QUANTITY HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR 8" OF ITEM 304 AGGREGATE BASE FOR A TEMPORARY DRIVE ACCESS FOR THE NOVA DEVELOPMENT AT STA. 28+92`.
THE DRIVE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED EAST OF THE FULL DEPTH PAVEMENT REMOVAL LIMIT AT STA. 29+50. THE DRIVE SHALL BE A 34' MINIMUM WIDTH TO MATCH THE EXISTING NOVA DRIVE WIDTH. THE DRIVE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 136' IN LENGTH ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND 50' ON THE NORTH SIDE. THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE TEMPORARY DRIVE SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CONTRACTOR. A 180' X 70' TEMPORARY WORK AGREEMENT HAS BEEN OBTAINED TO ACCOMMODATE THIS TEMPORARY DRIVE.
THE TEMPORARY DRIVE SHALL BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO LIMITING ACCESS FROM THE WEST AS NOVA SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR SITE AT ALL TIMES. THE PLACEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL OF THE 304 MATERIAL FOR THIS TEMPORARY DRIVE SHALL ALL BE INCLUDED IN THIS LINE ITEM.
ITEM 304 - AGGREGATE BASE 80 CU YD
TEMPORARY DRIVE ACCESS-RESIDENTS
QUANTITY HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR ITEM 304 AGGREGATE BASE FOR TIE-INS AT EACH END OF THE PROJECT. THESE TIE-INS WILL ALLOW RESIDENTS TO PARK NEAR THEIR HOMES ON THE ROAD, SUBGRADE OR TREATED SUBGRADE DAILY AFTER WORKING HOURS. THESE TIE-INS SHALL BE 18.25" TAPERED TO 0" OVER A 20' LENGTH AND A 12' WIDTH. THE ENGINEER WILL INFORM THE LANDOWNERS OF THE PROJECT AND WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE TO KEEP THE RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES INFORMED DURING CONSTRUCTION.

COORDINATE WITH LOCAL GARBAGE COLLECTION CONTRACTORS AND THE HOME OWNERS. ADDITIONALY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REOLOCATED TO AREAS ACESSIBLE TO BOTH THE MAIL SERVICE ALL TIMES AND IF REQUIRED, BOXES SHALL BE TEMPORARILY MAILBOXES/PAPER-BOXES ACCESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT LOCAL ACCESS MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.
