OneWireless Terminal Solution

OneWireless Terminal Solution offers high performance tank monitoring for even the most challenging circumstances. This solution is extremely flexible, allowing remote tanks and terminals to be monitored and brought online in a cost-effective manner. With this solution you can increase your operating profit by 10 percent or more. Additional benefits include: accurate and reliable measurements of inventory, inventory mix and capacity; real- time leak, overfill alarms, and hazardous and flammable gas detection; real-time access to control room data; longer asset availability and less downtime; and better visibility of the process area. Tank farm and terminal owners can achieve these benefits at 65 percent less the cost of an equivalent

wired system.

OneWireless Video Solution

OneWireless Video Solution extends video coverage to a variety of locations that are remote or difficult to reach. This cost effective solution helps provide a safer and more secure work environment for your personnel. It also enables: quicker troubleshooting with stronger collaboration between field engineers and remote experts; a reduction in accidents by an average of 10 percent; and remote monitoring of your plant processes. Plants can achieve these benefits at 20 to 40 percent

less the cost of an equivalent wired system.

Industrial wireless tackles critical business issues. Honeywell’s solutions

natively and seamlessly integrate with the Experion distributed control system, and include wireless field instruments, mobile computing devices, wireless networks, advanced applications, and services such as consulting, design, installation, commissioning, and support—key to ensuring a turnkey experience that protects your wireless investment.

If you have a problem, we have the solution.

OneWireless

Personnel Safety Solution

Protecting personnel from hazardous gas is every manufacturer’s most important responsibility. OneWireless Personnel Safety Solution enables: rapid response time to dangerous situations and gas leaks;

an expanded footprint of fixed flammable and toxic gas detectors; safety shower monitoring; and greater visibility of your process areas via easy-to-install

wireless CCTV cameras. A wireless solution made up of fixed and portable gas leak detectors along with CCTV cameras allows you to obtain new safety data at 30 to 90 percent less the cost of an equivalent wired system.

OneWireless

Mobile Workforce Solution

The OneWireless Mobile Workforce Solution transfers the power of the control room to mobile workers in the field. It reduces plant-wide operational and capital

expenditures by two to three percent through improvements in process efficiency

and operator driven reliability. The solution allows your mobile workers to access critical data directly from the field resulting in:

faster commissioning and scheduled maintenance; fewer equipment breakdowns through better operator surveillance and earlier detection of warning signs;

shorter operator rounds; and improved communications between field workers and the control room. There is no wired alternative capable of offering such features. These benefits can only be obtained with industrial wireless technology.

OneWireless Reliability Solution

Rotating equipment failure is one of the main causes of downtime accounting for 80 percent of a plant’s maintenance budget. Yet, 90 percent of rotating assets in industrial plants go unchecked due to the high cost of wiring a vibration monitoring system. The solution facilitates: continuous monitoring; an 80 percent improvement in asset uptime; a reduction in maintenance costs by 40 percent per year; lower data collection costs amounting to $600 to

$1,200-plus per pump per year; and fewer

risks, lower costs and faster start-up time

for Greenfield sites. Industrial automation

sites can achieve these benefits at 30 to 90

percent less the cost of an equivalent

wired system.
