Vendors please leave your mobile numbers when you deliver. Vendors must have fully completed Entry Forms with TB Test Dates & Reserves if required and have signed Passports before they enter the Market and stay in their vehicle.

Please also leave your EMAIL address if you have one so we can inform you of your sale results at the end of the sale day. A vendor email form is enclosed with your Catalogue to complete.

ALL BUYERSMUST REGISTER PRIOR TO THE SALE DAY TO PURCHASE WITH EITHER THE MARKET OFFICE OR ONE OF THE AUCTIONEERS.

EVERY PERSON ATTENDING MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING AROUND THE SALE RING AND IN THE MARKET OFFICE

Only Buyers, Hauliers & Market Staff will be Allowed On-Site

ORDER OF SALE

The sale will commence at 10.00am with breeding cattle first, followed by young bulls and then store cattle; the younger ones being sold first followed by the older cattle.

TB TESTING

All vendors must sign a declaration confirming that if the cattle are over 42 days on the day of sale that they are either from a 3 or 4 year testing parish or if from a 1 or 2 year testing parish that the cattle have had a clear TB test within 60 days of the sale.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please note, all cattle are sold under the Livestock Auctioneers Association Ltd Conditions of Sale. Copies of which are available on request.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CATTLE WHICH NEED ANY ALTERATIONS ON THE PASSPORT.

IF THERE IS AN INCORRECT SEX OR BREED, YOU WILL BE ASKED NOT TO BRING THE ANIMAL.

ALSO, ANY HAND WRITTEN NAMED SIRE’S WILL NOT BE DECLARED AND MUST BE OFFICIALLY PRINTED ON THE PASSPORT.

I.E. THE TAG NUMBER OF THE SIRE MUST BE PRINTED ON THE PASSPORT AND THEN THE NAME CAN BE HAND WRITTEN ON. BOTH ARE NEEDED TO BE OFFICIALLY DECLARED

AND SOLD AS A NAMED SIRE.
