1. Head to payanywhere.com/apple and click “Sign Up.”
2. Apply “As a Business.”
• What you enter under “Doing Business As Name” is what your customer will see on their credit card statement.
• When you apply, you will also create your password. Be sure to write down your password, as you will use this password, along with the email you entered, to login to the PayAnywhere app and PayAnywhere Inside.
3. Enter in your banking info so we can send your funds faster. • Funds are deposited within one business day of sales processed by 2 PM PT/5 PM ET.
4. “I already have a PayAnywhere Credit Card Reader” should be pre-selected. Click “Finish.”

Getting started.
Get going by logging in. If you are a first time user or do not have items loaded, you’ll land on an Express Item.
If you do have items loaded, you’ll land on Items. Default sale view can be changed in settings.

Navigation Menu
Tap on the top left hamburger icon to access the Navigation Menu. You can start a new sale, view transactions, edit items, view reporting, and access Settings.

Under the Navigation menu, tap Settings. You can edit tax and tip; multiple
accounts; manage cash drawers and printers; and more from here.

Express item
1. Land on Express Item
Tap on the credit card icon on the bottom left for an Express Item.
2. Enter Amount
Enter a value and tap “Add.”
3. Swipe
Swipe a card without needing to view a cart, or go through a checkout process.

1. Add Items
Tap items to add them to the cart.
2. View Cart (optional)
Tap the Cart button to see the current invoice. Edit or delete items, or proceed to checkout.
3. Checkout (optional)
Swipe or select a different method of payment. You can skip this screen by swiping a card right from the Sell screen.
4. Signature
Accept customer signatures with preset and custom tip options.
5. Receipt Share
Make sure your reader is
connected. Tap the Apple Pay™ or Contactless Payment button on the PayAnywhere checkout screen.
Hold an NFC-enabled device or credit card approximately 4 centimeters from the large end of the PayAnywhere card reader.
Holding a device too far may result in a failed connection.

Tap the top left hamburger icon to view the Navigation Menu, select “Edit Mode”. Here you can tab through items, categories, discounts and modifiers.
