Wall Board is regular plasterboard encased in a strong 100% recycled paper liner, ideal for a wide range of residential and commercial internal wall and ceiling applications where fire resistance ratings, impact and water resistance are not required.

Water resistant plasterboard is ideal as an internal lining used in wet areas such as bathrooms, showers, laundries and toilets.

Fire resistant plasterboard must be used in partition wall and ceiling systems where specific fire-resistance ratings are required.

Sound proof plasterboard both of 10mm and 13mm plasterboard are specifically developed to control room noise levels, improving living comfort in both residential and commercial environments.

Flexible plasterboard is a 6.5mm thick plasterboard, ideal for curved surface applications such as curved walls, arches, ceilings and feature panels. Flexible Plasterboard produces a smooth flush finish when jointed, providing a superior surface that accepts a wide range of decorative finishes.

Perforated plasterboard is a sound absorptive perforated plasterboard with recessed edges available in either square, round or slotted design perforations. Perforated plasterboard is recommended for use as wall or ceiling lining where sound absorption is required and is also ideal for decorative applications.

Multi-function plasterboard includes a range that can provide resistance to factors

such as fire, impact, sound and water: from Multistop™ 3 (impact, fire & acoustic),

and Multistop™ 4 (impact, fire, acoustic & water) to Multistop™ 5 (impact, fire,

acoustic, water & mould). Multi-function plasterboard is suitable for hospitals, schools and similar environments.

Step cornice is stepped and sharply defined with clean crisp angles. This distinctive angular cornice is available in 2 step as well as 3 and 4 step profiles, making it easy to create a sensation of height and space in any room.

Gyprock Base Coat

Gyprock Base Coat is a specially formulated base compound used for the first and second coat in a three coat plasterboard jointing system. Joints may be finished with any Gyprock topping or all-purpose compound and sanded smooth prior to decoration.

Gyprock Base Coats help to create a superior strength joint in conjunction with jointing tape and provide excellent tape adhesion.

BaseCote is the leading gypsum-based setting compound designed for taping and basecoating plasterboard joints and angles.

FinalCote finishing compound is a premixed, air-drying, easy sanding compound developed specially for use as the ideal finishing coat for all plasterboard joints, angles and fastener heads.

Gyprock Jointmaster is a heavyweight topping compound used as a top coat in a three coat plasterboard jointing system. Jointmaster is a low VOC, pre-mixed compound, manufactured by Gyprock in Australia to stringent product specifications and is packed in a blue coloured bucket.

Cornice Adhesive is a plaster based adhesive compound formulated for bonding paper-faced and plaster cornices to plasterboard surfaces and reinforcing joints in cornices. It may also be used for bonding other plaster decorative products, back-blocking plasterboard joints and laminating plasterboard sheets.

Top Coat:

H-Top

H-Base is a specially formulated plaster based compound used for jointing plasterboard and internal fibre cement sheeting. Faster jointing with a smoothy creamy consistency allows for a beautiful finish. High strength joints, low shrinkage and wastage, it is very economic. Grit free and setting time for H-Base 45 is 35 - 45 mins, H-Base 60 is 65 - 80 minutes.

H-Top / All Purpose Joint Compound can be used for everything from embedding tape to finishing external corners & fasteners to topping & texturing. This topping feathers beautifully and delivers a smooth-as-glass finish that is virtually pock free. It’s low shrinkage easy clean up make it excellent for use in automatic tools and because it’s light weight it sands easier than other compounds.

Masonry Cement:

USG Boral Masonry Adhesive

Masonry Adhesive is a plaster based adhesive compound formulated to bond plasterboard sheets to masonry, brick or concrete walls. Masonry Adhesive compound has high bond strength, offering a long setting time and is suitable for bonding to difficult surfaces.

Gyprock Cornice Cement

Gyprock Cornice Cement is used for fixing Gyprock cornice at wall and ceiling junctions where the substrate is plasterboard or fibre cement. It is also used for finishing cornice joints and mitres and laminating sheets of plasterboard together. Cornice Cement 45 has a 45 minute working life. For a longer working life of 60 minutes, choose Gyprock Cornice Cement 60.
