To get started using Access My Portfolio, you will perform five important tasks, which are

1. CHECK YOUR MINIMUM SYSTEM

REQUIREMENTS

Operating System

– MS Vista, MS Windows XP Professional, Home Edition or Tablet PC Edition (SP2 or later), Apple MAC OS, Linux, Unix or any other Operating System

› › PC

– Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz Processor, 1.24 GB RAM, 110 GB Hard Drive, one video card and one 17” monitor –

each supporting screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher with 8-bit color (64,000 colors) or better

Browser

– Internet Explorer 8.0, 9.0 or 10.0; Safari 5; Firefox 16; Google Chrome versions 33 & 34

Software

– Adobe Acrobat (Reader or full, Version 6 or later)

Internet Connection

– T1, DSL, Cable Modem or equivalent

Network

– Bandwidth minimum of 64kbps per user, 128kbps best

2. ADJUST YOUR BROWSER SETTINGS

(PC Users Only)

Set up the website as a Trusted Site, from Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools, then Internet Options, and select the

Trusted Sites zone.

2. Enter seic.com and select Add.

3. Select Custom Level and ensure that all items under

Downloads are enabled.

4. Select the Privacy Tab and ensure that your Settings

are set to no higher than medium.

You will need Adobe Reader to open any .pdf files you want to access from Access My Portfolio’s Documents tab. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, go to

3. ENABLE COOKIES

(PC and MAC Users) ›

IE8, IE9 or IE10

1. Open your browser and select Tools, then

Internet Options.

2. On the Option screen select the Privacy tab. 3. Make sure the slider is not set to “Block All

Cookies.” Set the option to Medium, then select Apply and then OK to save the changes.

1. Open your browser and select Tools, then Options. 2. On the Option screen select the Privacy tab. 3. Make sure that Accept Cookies from Sites is checked.

› › Safari

1. Select the Wheel Icon in the upper right-hand

portion of the browser.

2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu. 3. Select the Security tab.

4. Under Accept Cookies, make sure that only From

the Sites Visited is checked.

4. REGISTER FOR ACCESS

1. Navigate to the Access My Portfolio website by

entering AccessMyPortfolio.com into your browser’s address bar. The login page will display.

2. Select the Register for On-line access link.

Fill in your last name, last four digits of your tax ID, date of birth, postal code, your email address and a new user ID. Your email address must be the email address on file with SEI Private Trust Company.

3. Select the Continue button.

4. Upon successful completion, a prompt will appear

advising you that an email with further instructions to complete the on-line access registration will be sent to the email address you have entered. Your user id and temporary password are also displayed at this time. Please enter this information in the section below. User ID: _______________________________ Temporary Password: _____________________

5. Access your email account and open the email sent to

you with the subject line: “Your Temporary Password”

5. SET UP YOUR MULTI-FACTOR

USER AUTHENTICATION

SEI’s stringent security processes and technology provide a high level of protection for your personal and financial data. The first time you log in, you will proceed through a one-time-only Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrollment process in order to ensure that your information remains secure. It is recommended that you perform this MFA enrollment on the main PC or laptop from which you will be accessing the website.

1. Navigate to accessmyportfolio.com. Enter

accessmyportfolio.com into your browser’s address bar. The Login page will display.

2. Enter your User ID and select Continue. The page

that appears describes important legal terms and conditions. At the bottom of the screen are the options to Agree or Disagree, as well as a Password field.

3. Select I Agree, and enter the Temporary Password

provided to you. Select Continue.

If you make five unsuccessful attempts at entering the correct Password, your User ID will be suspended and you will need to contact SEI Customer Support. If you enter your Password correctly, you will be directed to the One Time Password screen.

4. A One Time Password has been sent to your

registered email address. Please enter your One Time Password, then select Continue.

5. Enter your Phone Number and select your Personal

Assurance Image and Message. In order to select your Personal Assurance Image you must first select a category, then an image from that category, and then select Continue.

This Personal Assurance Image and Message will appear whenever you log in to Access My Portfolio, allowing you to instantly verify that you have been directed to the appropriate site.

6. Next, answer all five Knowledge Based Answers (KBA)

7. Finally, you will be prompted to create a password.

Establish a password following the criteria provided on this page, and then select continue to log in.

Selecting the Check box next Save Time allows you to register your current device, skipping future security questions.

Logging in from Additional Computers

For ease of use, you may register up to five computers for Access My Portfolio. Once a computer is registered, simply log in with your User ID and Password. To register additional PCs for access to the site, proceed through the following steps:

1. Navigate to Access My Portfolio, enter your User ID

and select Continue.

2. Verify that your Personal Assurance Image and

Message are correct.

3. Respond to the two security questions.

4. Below the Register this Device section select the box

next to Save time, then select Submit.

Changing your Password, Security Questions and/or Personal Assurance Information

Your personal information for Access My Portfolio can be changed at any time by selecting the Update Your Profile box at the bottom of the Enter Your Password screen. To change your security question responses, select the Security Questions and Answers link. Similarly, select the Password link to update your password and the Personal Assurance Image, Message or Phone Number link to update your personal preferences. Once all changes have been made select Done.

1. HOME

The Home Page is the first page that appears after log in. It provides summaries of, or quick access to, key information available within the website such as:

› Account Balances (Account Names and Market Values)

› Other Accounts (Accounts you may access although you are not an account owner)

› Total Asset Allocation

› Announcements

› Your Favorite Links

To select an SEI Account:

In the Account Balances section (if displayed), select the Account Name.

OR:

To select an Other Account:

In the Other Accounts section (if displayed), select the Account Name.

OR:

Select the Accounts tab, choose Other Accounts and select the desired Account Name.

To select a Cash Access Account (CAA):

In the Cash Access Accounts section (if displayed), select the Account Number.

OR:

Select the Accounts tab and select the Cash Access Account number from the CAA section.

Customizing the Home Page:

You can customize your Home Page to meet your

The following Home Page features are customizable:

Home Page content:

To Add a Section: Select the Customize This Page link

at the top right of the Home Page and drag the desired section(s) to the location(s) where they should appear.

To Remove a Section: Select the section and select

the X (close symbol) in the right-hand corner.

To Move a Section: Hold down the Move Section

symbol, right-select and drag the mouse to where you would like the section to be.

Home Page Text Font Size (IE):

On the IE Browser bar, select View. Highlight Text Size with your mouse to view text size options. Select the size you would like. For other browsers, see the website Help file FAQs.

Your Favorite Links:

Your Favorite Links is a list of preferred pages within the website that you can modify at any time. Your Favorite Links will always be displayed on your Home Page and within Quick Links.

To customize your Favorite Links:

1. From the Favorite Links section of your Home Page

or from the Quick Links menu, select Customize your Favorite Links, or select the Preferences link at the top right of the website.

2. Select the pages you’d like to include in your Favorite

Links by selecting their respective checkboxes. Use the Move Up and Move

Down buttons to organize the list as you would like it to appear.

3. Select Save Changes when you are done.

2. ACCOUNTS

Accounts Overview

The Accounts Overview tab displays a list of Accounts including Name, Number, Market Value and Estimated Annual Income. Select an Account Name to drill down into the Holdings detail of that account or select the Holdings tab. If other accounts exist, you can view them by selecting the Other Account option at the top of the table.

Account Properties

Next to each Account on the Accounts Overview page is a link to the Account’s Properties. The Account Properties displays the following information about the account: name, number, type, status, date opened, owners, service contacts and strategies.

Cash Access Accounts Overview

If you have a Cash Access Account, this account will be featured below the Accounts table in a section labeled Cash Access Accounts. Select the Cash Access Account number to see more detail about this account.

Cash Access Accounts Details

The Cash Access Account details show the market value, interest rate, target minimum and maximum values of the account. It also shows the SEI account to which this Cash Access Account is linked.

To see account-level activity, select the View Account Activity link. Activity can be filtered by date range using the Date Range dropdown.

Holdings

Asset List

The Asset List section shows an alphabetical list of holdings in an account, portfolio or in all available accounts. To specify one or all accounts use the Account dropdown.

The Portfolio dropdown allows you to choose between capital and income portfolio when multiple accounts are selected or when viewing a specific account you have the ability to select a specific portfolio within an account.

If the list of holdings spans multiple accounts, select an asset’s Quantity to see a breakout of which accounts are holding this asset. Then, select Return to Asset List to get back to the list of assets.

Select an asset’s Unrealized Gain (Loss) to see a breakdown of the tax lots contributing to that unrealized gain or loss (Tax Lot Details). Then, select Return to Asset List to get back to the list of assets.

Asset Allocation

The Asset Allocation section shows a summary of the Asset Categories contained in an account, portfolio or in all available accounts. To specify one or all accounts use the Account dropdown. To specify one or all portfolios use the portfolio dropdown.

If the holdings displayed are being held by a manager, the View Manager Details link will show next to the Accounts dropdown. To view assets by Asset Category, then by

Manager and Manager Style, select the View Manager Details link at the top of this page. Select Return to Asset Allocation to get back to the starting Asset Allocation list.

Use the “as of” date field to view holdings as of a specific date. To show the holdings list by one or all Asset Categories, use the Show dropdown at the top of the table.

Select an asset’s Quantity to see a breakout of which accounts are holding this asset. Select Return to Asset List to get back to the list of assets.

Select an asset’s Unrealized Gain (Loss) to see a breakdown of the tax lots contributing to that unrealized gain or loss (Tax Lot Details). Select Return to Asset List to get back to the list of assets.

Realized Gain (Loss)

The Realized Gain (Loss) section shows Year-to-Date or Previous Year Realized Gain (Loss) and Combined Realized and Unrealized Gain (Loss) for an account, portfolio or for all available accounts. To specify one or all accounts, use the Account dropdown. To specify one or all portfolios use the portfolio dropdown.

To change the view of Realized Gain (Loss) information, select a different view from the View dropdown.

Documents

The Documents tab shows account-level statements for which you are a recipient. This list can be filtered by year and date range, or the search field can be used to find a document. Select a document name to open and view the account statement. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. The Documents tab also provides access to IRS 1099 and 5498 tax forms, found in the “Tax Documents” sub-tab. The forms presented in the Tax Documents section of the page will be those documents specific to the account in the Account dropdown.

Transactions

The Transactions section shows a summary of transactions in an account or in all available accounts over a period of time. To specify one or all accounts use the Account dropdown. To specify one or all portfolios use the portfolio dropdown. To specify a period of time, select an option from the Date Range dropdown.

Historical transactions (those transactions that took place prior to switching this account to the new website), can be accessed by selecting the Click Here link.

Transactions can additionally be filtered by making a selection from the Transaction Category dropdown.

To search for a transaction, select the Search by Transaction ID link and enter the ID of the transaction, or enter an asset description, asset ID or transaction type in the Search field. Select the Clear link to return to the original list of transactions.

Quick Links

From the Quick Links window you can easily jump to a section of the site that you recently visited, to one of your Favorite Links, or to other frequently visited sections.

Profile

The Profile section shows contact information, current e-delivery preference and service contacts.

To sign up for e-Delivery:

Select the Sign Up for e-Delivery button. Check to

e-Deliver all documents. If there are any documents you want to keep as print delivery, select the Select Documents to Exclude from e-Delivery link. Check off the documents you want to exclude from e-Delivery. Then select the Save Settings button. An email will be sent to the Notification email listed on the previous screen. To complete the e-Delivery change, open this email and select the link to indicate you successfully received the email.

To sign up for Print Delivery:

Select the Sign Up for e-Delivery button. Check to

e-Deliver all documents. If there are any documents you want to set as print delivery, select the Select Documents to Exclude from e-Delivery link. Check off the documents you want to exclude from e-Delivery. Then select the Save Settings button.

Preferences

The Preferences section contains the following features:

› Ability to change default landing page (initial default is the Home page)

› Ability to customize your Favorite Links list

Access My Portfolio Help and Support

Access My Portfolio offers comprehensive online help that users can refer to from any website page.

Online Help

Online Help includes:

1. A Standalone Help file, organized according

to Access My Portfolio’s main tabs, pages and functions

2. A Glossary

3. Frequently Asked Questions

To access, select the Help link in the top right-hand corner of any page. You can search Help content within the standalone Help file.

Page-Specific Help

To access, select the Page Help link that appears to the right of the Print link on relevant pages.
