that the address of Polling Station

the Notification of Election for

the said Electoral

District, has been changed from Seventh Day

Adventist Church Hall

(Phillips).

The new address for

Polling Station No. 4 of the Electoral

Christopher (7) is The Moravian Leach School Hall, Phillips.

Electoral

Christopher (5)

It is

hereby notified for general information and for the guidance of voters that CARLTON DUPONT, Sandy Point,

a nominated candidate for the Electoral District of St Chris¬

topher (5), The Parish of Saint Anne, Sandy Point, has formally withdrawn from his candidature in the election of

members of the National

Assembly

to

be held

on

Thursday June 21, 1984.

Section 51

(7) of The National Assembly Elections Act (Cap.

162)

states

that

any

candidate duly nominated

may, not

less

than three clear

days before the day fixed for taking the poll, withdraw from his candidature by giving notice

to

the effect, signed by him, to the Returning Officer, provided

that on such withdrawal there remain not less than two

duly

nominated candidates.

The

provisions of Section 51 (7) of The National Assembly

Elections Act

(Cap. 162) have been satisfied and the

name

of

CARLTON DUPONT will not appear on

the Ballot Paper for the

Electoral District of St

Christopher (5).

The two

remaining nominated candidates who will therefore be contesting the election to

serve as

the representative of

the Electoral District of St

Christopher (5)
