What is it?

Bridge Partners provides a managed phone system to tenants of Bristol & Bath Science Park.

Based on the SARK telephony platform the service is delivered over an existing internet connection. The service is provided on a high availability system and runs on Bridge Partners’ own network, which enables us to provide guaranteed quality of service and service availability.

Using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, the service has been specifically designed to work effortlessly over an existing internet connection.

This eliminates the need for traditional telephone systems, with high rental costs and high call charges.

Devices

As part of the telephony service, Bridge Partners also supplies a range of SNOM handsets, specially designed VoIP telephones for business communication which are based on the open standard SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), allowing users to make both voice and video calls over the internet.

The devices are suitable for use in all business environments ranging from home offices to small- and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations.

Call charges

Bridge Partners works directly with carriers to negotiate highly favourable call charges to provide extremely cost-effective service options.
