visitor
solution
the
Resident receives video call on apartment wall monitor, mobile app or both,
depending on your requirement.
Visitor can now enter the building via the main entrance and take the elevator. It will only go to the floor of the resident who instigated the release of the main entrance. When the tenant allows access, main entrance will open and the
next elevator will be called to ground floor, ready to collect the visitor. All these functions are controlled from the wall monitor,
mobile app or both.
(intercom version)
Visitor arrives at the building but has no
means of access, so uses the external intercom unit to call the resident.

(handsfree SaaS version)
Probably the simplest way to grant access for a planned visit, TLJ Mobile Key app offers a Share My Keys option as part of our Handsfree solution.
The tenant navigates to the “Share My Keys” option within the app, and follows the simple prompts to create a set of shared keys.
In this example the visitor has access from the main entrance, via the lift to a specific floor and ultimately the tenant’s apartment. All other access points are excluded. It is also time-bound and will not work outside this period.
The visitor can now download the TLJ app and, following a series of security checks, can obtain their allocated key(s) securely via the Cloud.
contractor
solution
the
The building operator can easily issue temporary, restricted Mobile Keys for contractors, e.g. maintenance and cleaning staff.
As with a tenant, keys can be restricted to certain doors and can be time-bound so they only work for a restricted period.
The contractor registers their Mobile Keys app with an email address. This is used as the unique identifier which, along with other security measures, allows the contractor to obtain their key(s) via the Cloud.
if...?
what
…. a tenant’s phone is lost, stolen or has a flat battery?
… I need to remove or amend access for a particular tenant?
SOS key on external intercom can be connected to management office for two-way video conversation. Providing the tenant passes security checks* and the on-site server unit is running TLJ software, the online reader on the main entrance door can be activated remotely.
* security checks set up and conducted by building management
All tenants will be provided with a back-up contactless keycard with which they can gain access. Optional contactless ‘quick boost’ external wall charger is available. Can provide an emergency boost to an exhausted phone battery, enough to get it up and running (wireless charging smartphone required)
Access permissions for a particular key can be changed or revoked. This is done from the TLJ software, and takes place instantly.
