This Deposit Account Disclosure and Bank Fee Schedule and the Deposit Account Agreement for Personal

and Business Accounts (“Agreement”) are part of the Deposit Account Agreement that governs your Account

and you should read them. Capitalized terms not defined in this disclosure are defined in the Glossary of the

Agreement.

Statements We will send you statements monthly. If you link this Account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver, the statement period date will change to be the same statement period as the BMO Harris Select Checking®, BMO Harris Portfolio Checking®, or Wealth Checking account to which this Account is linked.

We will send you Check Images with your statement if you request them. We will charge you a $3 fee each statement period your Account is enrolled in this service even if there are no Check Images for your Account for a particular statement period. This fee will appear as “IMG STMT SURCHARGE” on your statement. The fee will be waived if you select to only receive online statements through BMO Harris Online Banking® and not paper statements. To receive the waiver, you must (1) be enrolled in BMO Harris Online Banking and (2) change your “Statement Preferences” in BMO Harris Online Banking to “Electronic Only” for this Account.

We charge this fee for each Non-BMO Harris ATM Transaction. This fee will be waived for college students for four (4) years if they meet the monthly

maintenance fee waiver requirement on page 3.

At our discretion, we may pay or return the following Items that overdraw this Account: Checks, automatic bill payments

and other transactions made using this Account number. ATM and everyday debit Card transactions that may overdraw

this Account will be declined unless you select the Overdraft Program for ATM and Everyday Debit Card Transactions

described below. Below are fees that may be charged if you do not have sufficient available funds in your Account.

Overdraft and Item Returned Fees

Your Account is overdrawn if it has a negative balance because the available funds in your Account are less than the amount of the Item(s) presented for payment. The Account balance that we use to determine if your Account is overdrawn includes all Items (including bank fees and service charges) that are posted to your Account on the same Business Day whether the Items are paid or returned. Read Section 2.C of the Agreement for information on when Items post to your Account.

Your Account is You will be charged an Overdraft Fee for each Item we pay (regardless of the amount of the Item) when your Account is overdrawn more than $5 after all Items are posted to the Account. An Overdraft Fee is not charged if your Account is overdrawn by $5 or less after all the Items are posted to the Account.

This fee does not apply to ATM and everyday debit Card transactions unless you have authorized us to pay these types of transactions. We do not charge an Overdraft Fee for bank fees and service charges that overdraw your Account.

Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee

You will be charged a Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee for each Business Day your Account is overdrawn in any amount after your Account is overdrawn for 3 consecutive Business Days. You will be charged this fee even if your Account is only overdrawn due to bank fees and service charges.

Item Returned Fee (NSF)

$35 per Item (Maximum 4 per Business Day)

Example for

Illustrative Purposes The customer’s checking account balance is $3 and two checks are presented for payment: (i) a $4 check and (ii) a $2,000 check. The account does not have enough money to pay either check. BMO Harris considers the account balance at the end

of the day to be -$2,001 to determine whether to charge an Overdraft Fee. BMO Harris then uses its discretion to pay the $4 check and return the $2,000 check unpaid. The account is charged a $35 Overdraft Fee for the $4 check and a $35 Item Returned Fee (NSF) for the $2,000 check. The account balance is -$71 after the $4 check is paid, the $2,000 check is returned unpaid and the $35 Overdraft Fee and $35 Item Returned Fee are charged to the account.

The customer does not add any money to the account for the next 3 weeks. As a result of having a negative balance, the account is charged a $5 Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee for ten (10) Business Days beginning on the 4th Business Day. The account is not charged a Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Business Days because BMO Harris does not charge the Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee until the fourth (4) consecutive Business Day an account is overdrawn. The account is not charged a Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee after the 13th Business Day because BMO Harris only charges up to ten (10) Consecutive Day Overdraft Fees for each occasion an account remains overdrawn. The customer’s account is charged a total of $50 in Consecutive Day Overdraft Fees for this occasion.

Overdraft Services Overdraft Program for ATM and Everyday Debit Card Transactions

You can ask us to use our discretion to pay ATM and everyday debit Card transactions when you do not have enough money available in your Account to pay the transaction and associated fees. The Overdraft Fee and Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee apply to this program. If you opt-in, you can change your mind at any time.

Overdraft Protection Services

We offer Overdraft Funding and an Overdraft Protection Line of Credit¹, both of which may be less expensive than overdraft and item returned fees. In order to have Overdraft Funding, you must enroll in this service. In order to have an Overdraft Protection Line of Credit, you must apply and qualify. Talk to your BMO Harris Banker for details.

You will be charged an Item Returned Fee (NSF) each time we return an Item unpaid because your Account does not have sufficient available funds to pay the Item. This fee does not apply to declined ATM and everyday debit Card transactions.

This Account is subject to the arbitration provision set forth in Section 7.FF of the Agreement.

We will not charge the $10 monthly maintenance fee if ANY ONE of the following occurs during the statement period:

• This Account has Incoming External Deposits totaling $500 or more. • The minimum daily Ledger Balance in this Account is $1,000 or more. • Your BMO Harris Select Checking®

account meets its $10,000 minimum Combined Balance requirement, and you have requested we link this Account to your BMO Harris Select Checking account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver. (Monthly maintenance fee waiver is limited to one (1) BMO Harris Everyday Checking account.)

• Your BMO Harris Portfolio Checking®

account meets its $25,000 minimum Combined Balance requirement, and you have requested we link this Account to your BMO Harris Portfolio Checking account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver. (Monthly maintenance fee waiver is limited to a total of two (2) BMO Harris Everyday Checking accounts.)

• Your Wealth Checking account meets its $25,000 minimum Average Daily Balance requirement, and you have requested we link this Account to your Wealth Checking account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver. (Monthly maintenance fee waiver is limited to a total of two (2) BMO Harris Everyday Checking accounts.)

• A college student is an Account Owner, requests a student fee waiver, and presents current student identification. This fee waiver will apply for four (4) years from the date of the request. One college student fee waiver per customer.

Ask your BMO Harris Banker for additional information, as well as to request Relationship Waiver and to link your Accounts. We do not automatically link your Accounts. Additional information on Relationship Waiver can be found in Section 7.L of the Agreement.

Processing Policies We post transactions in the following order at the end of each Business Day: 1. Deposits and other credits received prior to the cutoff times.

2. ATM withdrawals and non-returnable debits. 3. POS transactions using your Card. 4. ACH transactions.

5. Checks.

6. Bank-generated transactions, including fees, interest and surcharge rebates. For more details and to read an example, see Section 2.C of the Agreement. • Wire transfers, electronic Direct Deposits and cash deposited into this Account at a

BMO Harris branch – Same day availability

• Checks deposited into this Account at a BMO Harris branch and deposits made at BMO Harris ATMs (cash or check)

This represents our general policy but longer delays may apply. For specific details, including when Items are considered received, see the Funds Availability Policy for Deposit Accounts in Section 8 of the Agreement. Account Opening and Usage

Statements We will send you statements with Check Images monthly. Contact us to request Check Images if you are not currently receiving

them.

Interest will be compounded daily on the Collected Balance and credited to this Account monthly on the statement period date.

We use the Daily Balance Method to calculate the interest on this Account. This method applies a Daily Rate to the Collected Balance in this Account each day. Interest begins to accrue no later than the Business Day we receive credit for non-cash deposits (for example checks regardless of how they are deposited). For cash and electronic deposits, interest begins to accrue on the Business Day of the deposit. We reserve the right not to pay interest on any deposited Item that is returned to us as unpaid.

Non-BMO Harris ATMs We charge this fee for each Non-BMO Harris ATM Transaction in excess of two (2) per statement period.

The ATM operator or network may also charge you a fee for a transaction or balance inquiry.

This is a variable rate Account where interest rates and annual percentage yields may change. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on this Account daily. The interest rate corresponding to the highest tier into which your Collected Balance falls will be paid on the entire Collected Balance.

The tiers are as follows: $0.01 - $2,499.99 $2,500 - $9,999.99 $10,000 or more

Item Returned Fee (NSF)

The customer’s checking account balance is $3 and two checks are presented for payment: (i) a $4 check and (ii) a $2,000 check. The account does not have enough money to pay either check. BMO Harris considers the account balance at the end of the day to be -$2,001 to determine whether to charge an Overdraft Fee. BMO Harris then uses its discretion to pay the $4 check and return the $2,000 check unpaid. The account is charged a $35 Overdraft Fee for the $4 check and a $35 Item Returned Fee (NSF) for the $2,000 check. The account balance is -$71 after the $4 check is paid, the $2,000 check is returned unpaid and the $35 Overdraft Fee and $35 Item Returned Fee are charged to the account.

The customer does not add any money to the account for the next 3 weeks. • You have requested we link this Account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver and you have met the $10,000 Combined Balance requirement for this Account.

• You are timely paying a BMO Harris consumer or small business loan or line of credit in accordance with the terms of your agreement and you have requested this fee waiver from us.1-2

Ask your BMO Harris Banker for additional information, as well as to request Relationship Waiver and to link your Accounts. We do not automatically link your Accounts. Additional information on Relationship Waiver can be found in Section 7.L of the Agreement.

• Two (2) accounts in total that can be either Statement Savings and/or BMO Harris Select Money Market®

Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee

Item Returned Fee (NSF)

The customer’s checking account balance is $3 and two checks are presented for payment: (i) a $4 check and (ii) a $2,000 check. The account does not have enough money to pay either check. BMO Harris considers the account balance at the end of the day to be -$2,001 to determine whether to charge an Overdraft Fee. BMO Harris then uses its discretion to pay the $4 check and return the $2,000 check unpaid. The account is charged a $35 Overdraft Fee for the $4 check and a $35 Item Returned Fee (NSF) for the $2,000 check. The account balance is -$71 after the $4 check is paid, the $2,000 check is returned unpaid and the $35 Overdraft Fee and $35 Item Returned Fee are charged to the account.

The customer does not add any money to the account for the next 3 weeks. As a result of having a negative balance, the account is charged a $5 Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee for ten (10) Business Days beginning on the 4th Business Day. The account is not charged a Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Business Days because BMO Harris does not charge the Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee until the fourth (4) consecutive Business Day an account is overdrawn. The account is not charged a Consecutive Day Overdraft Fee after the 13th Business Day because BMO Harris only charges up to ten (10) Consecutive Day Overdraft Fees for each occasion an account remains overdrawn. The customer’s account is charged a total of $50 in Consecutive Day Overdraft Fees for this occasion.

We offer Overdraft Funding and an Overdraft Protection Line of Credit¹, both of which may be less expensive than overdraft and item returned fees. You will be charged an Overdraft Fee for each Item we pay (regardless of the amount of the Item) when your Account is overdrawn more than $5 after all Items are posted to the Account. We will not charge the $25 monthly maintenance fee when the minimum daily Ledger Balance in this Account is $25,000 or more for the statement period.

We will also not charge this fee each month that you meet ANY ONE of the following requirements for the statement period if you have requested that waiver from your BMO Harris Banker:

• You have requested we link this Account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver and you have met the $25,000 Combined Balance requirement for this Account.

• You are timely paying a BMO Harris consumer mortgage loan in accordance with the terms of your agreement using Auto Pay from this Account.1 (FHA mortgage loans do not qualify for this fee waiver.)

• You are timely paying a BMO Harris consumer or small business loan, line of credit in accordance with the terms of your agreement.1-2

• You maintain a BMO Harris Financial Advisors, Inc. investment account in accordance with the terms of the investment account agreement.3

• You are a Work | Bank | Live client.

This Deposit Account Disclosure and Bank Fee Schedule, the separate Interest Rate Sheet and the Deposit

Account Agreement for Personal and Business Accounts (“Agreement”) are part of the Deposit Account

Agreement that governs your Account and you should read them. Capitalized terms not defined in this disclosure

are defined in the Glossary of the Agreement.

This is a variable rate Account where interest rates and annual percentage yields may change. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on this Account daily. The interest rate corresponding to the highest tier into which your Collected Balance falls will be paid on the entire Collected Balance.

Interest will be compounded daily on the Collected Balance and credited to this Account quarterly on the last calendar day of the quarter.

We use the Daily Balance Method to calculate the interest on this Account. This method applies a Daily Rate to the Collected Balance in this Account each day. Interest begins to accrue no later than the Business Day we receive credit for non-cash deposits (for example checks regardless of how they are deposited). For cash and electronic deposits, interest begins to accrue on the Business Day of the deposit. We reserve the right not to pay interest on any deposited Item that is returned to us as unpaid.

Transaction Limitations Deposits of any amount are allowed at any time. By federal regulation, withdrawals or transfers from savings accounts are unlimited when made in person at BMO Harris; at an ATM; by messenger; or by a request by mail or speaking to a telephone representative to have a check made payable and mailed to you. Transfers to repay loans at BMO Harris are also unlimited.

All other withdrawals or transfers, including those made by POS transactions, ACH, wire, automated telephone banking and online banking are limited to a combined total of six (6) per month or monthly statement period. Transactions that exceed the limit will not be allowed. FREE

We will send you statements quarterly. If you link this Account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver, the statement period date and frequency for this Account will change to be the same statement period as the BMO Harris Select Checking® or BMO Harris Portfolio Checking® to which this Account is linked.

Funds availability summary

This Account is subject to the arbitration provision set forth in Section 7.FF of the Agreement.

We will not charge the $5 monthly maintenance fee if ANY ONE of the following occurs:

The minimum daily Ledger Balance in this Account is $500 or more for the month.

The Primary Account Owner is under 18 years of age on the day the fee is to be assessed.

We will also not charge this fee each month that you meet ANY ONE of the following requirements for the month if you have requested that waiver from your BMO Harris Banker:

A minimum $25 Auto Save transfer into this Account occurs during each month. This fee waiver will only apply for one of the periods listed below per Account and only so long as a minimum $25 Auto Save transfer into this Account occurs each month during the period. Auto Save transfers requested:

1. After November 1, 2013 will waive the monthly maintenance fee on this Account for two (2) years after the Auto Save is established.

2. Between June 30, 2012 and November 1, 2013 will waive the monthly maintenance fee on this Account until November 30, 2015. This does not apply to you if you opened your Account before October 6, 2012 at a legacy Harris location in Florida or Arizona.

3. Prior to June 30, 2012 will continue to waive the monthly maintenance fee until the Auto Save transfers are canceled. This does not apply to you if you opened your Account before October 6, 2012 at a legacy Harris location in Florida

or Arizona.

Your BMO Harris Select Checking® account meets its $10,000 minimum Combined Balance requirement, and you have requested we link this Account to your BMO Harris Select Checking account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver. (Monthly maintenance fee waiver is limited to a total of two (2) accounts that can be either Statement Savings and/or BMO Harris Select Money Market® accounts.)

Your BMO Harris Portfolio Checking® account meets its $25,000 minimum Combined Balance requirement, and you have requested we link this Account to your BMO Harris Portfolio Checking account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver. (Monthly maintenance fee waiver is limited to a total of four (4) accounts that can be either Statement Savings and/or BMO Harris Select Money Market accounts.)

Effective October 1, 2014 your Wealth Checking account meets its $25,000 minimum Average Daily Balance requirement, and you have requested we link this Account to your Wealth Checking account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver. (Monthly maintenance fee waiver is limited to a total of four (4) accounts that can be either Statement Savings and/or BMO Harris Select Money Market accounts.)

If you link this Account to receive benefits under Relationship Waiver all references above to ”month” mean ”statement period”. Ask your BMO Harris Banker for additional information, as well as to request Relationship Waiver and to link your Accounts. We do not automatically link your Accounts. Additional information on Relationship Waiver can be found in Section 7.L of the Agreement.
