However, there is a world of difference between applications that have been extended to have a web interface and those, like Cezanne OnDemand, that were built specifically for the Cloud. You can manage multiple org units, divisions or country offices, allow employees to update their own information, give local administrators restricted rights so they can manage their own sub-section of information and stay on top of legislative requirements, without losing control over data integrity or security.
People comes complete with innovative social
workspaces, an area in your HR system where you can allow everyone to share documents, announcements and links, and invite feedback. You can define public or private groups that target just a selected group (for example, line managers or employees in a specific country), or allow employees to set up their own spaces so they can work together more productively.

With Cezanne OnDemand, you pay a simple monthly subscription fee based on the number of employees managed in the system and the modules you’ve selected (subject to a minimum fee of £100 per month). You can have as many HR administrators or self-service users as you want, and they can be in as many countries as you like. There’s no charge for leavers or additional language translations, no hidden costs for data storage or backup, no extra fees for support or for updates to your existing functionality.

Your monthly fee covers everything that’s needed to keep your HR sys- tem up and running, including data storage and backups, online support and updates to the modules you’ve purchased. The only additional costs are for training and, should you want assistance from us, enhanced data upload or configuration workshops.

Sophisticated Data Export and Import
Cezanne OnDemand makes it easy to export your data so that you can share it with third parties – such as payroll companies. Simply build your own queries by selecting the fields you want, save the template for re-use, then run your data extract as often as you want. It’s a really straightforward way to provide the information that’s needed. Data upload is powerful too and, importantly, helps ensure that information is always imported in the right format.
Open API for custom-built integrations
For companies that want to build their own interfaces, we provide an API based on the Open Data Protocol (OData), a Web protocol for querying and updating data.
The API also supports OAuth2, which allows secure API authorisation without requiring the user to provide their user credentials to a third party, an important consider- ation when working with sensitive HR data.
