Booth Exhibit Details

Sign up by February 5, 2016 to be included in the onsite program.

Each 8’ x 10’ booth space consists of an 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails supported by aluminum framework, one identification sign, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs and one wastebasket. Additional carpeting is not necessary, nor allowed, since the exhibits are housed within the hotel ballroom. Exhibitors must use the services of the official

exhibitor services company, Teamwork Event Specialists. Exhibitors are not allowed to send materials directly to the hotel. Additional information will be included in the confirmation from CICA. Teamwork Event Specialists will

arrange for and bill each exhibitor requiring electrical service to the individual booth. They will also make available, for a charge, additional furnishings and labor needed by the individual exhibitors. All exhibitors will receive an

electronic Exhibitor Service Kit with details and order forms after January 1, 2016.

Exhibit Move-In/Move-Out

Exhibitors can begin set-up at 10:00 am on Sunday, March 6th and must be set-up by 5 pm that day. Move-out

cannot begin before 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 8th.
