toshiba has always worked hard to keep environmental impact to a minimum, developing many of the world’s leading technologies to conserve energy and protect the environment. the e-stuDio6570c series is proof of that. A dramatic reduction in power consumption during its sleep mode — down to 5w — has been achieved, as well as an overall reduction of power by as much as 40%. the new design incorporates approximately 30% recycled plastics, which is part of the reason there has been an impressive reduction in carbon dioxide. this new line of mFPs also qualifies for Energy star tier 2 compliance.
Better Security
toshiba’s self-Encrypting hard Disk Drive is now a standard feature in e-stuDio6570c series. it improves data security and reduces the risk of stored sensitive information in the e-stuDio6570c series from being leaked.
this new technology allows users to determine a range of security settings, including invalidation of encryption keys and data invalidation when a drive is removed from its housing or connected to an unauthorised host system. when the hDD is removed or stolen from the e-stuDio6570c series and installed into another device, the hDD data is erased automatically.
At the end of the mFP lease or life, the data can be instantly erased by the service technician.
in addition to improved functionality, connectivity, and solutions readiness, the
new e-stuDio6570c series also allows for increased security, energy savings,
and manageability. while our previous mFPs were excellent in those categories,
at toshiba, we do not simply settle for excellence.
Drawing on a rich lineup of flexible options, you can easily, quickly and
inexpensively perform bookbinding, binding and finishing tasks on the
new e-stuDio6570c series.
