PROGRAM OVERVIEW
In celebration of its 80th Anniversary, Industrial Bank has announced a Small Business Grant Initiative to provide the capital necessary to expand several existing, for profit, entrepreneurial enterprises to position them for long-term success. A total of $80,000 will be awarded to companies meeting specific criteria, doing business in Industrial Bank’s service area.
To accomplish this goal, Industrial Bank will partner with several organizations which operate in the space of small business and entrepreneurship to assist in the process of awareness
generation as subject matter experts. Partners include:

There will be a total of five grants awarded: one President's Award in the amount of $20,000 (best overall package) and four individual Enterprise Awards each in the amount of $15,000. Eligibility Requirements
1. Doing Business as a for profit entity for at least 12 months, no more than 5 years 2. Sales revenue of less than $1 million
3. Must be located in the Bank’s service area (District of Columbia; Prince Georges County, MD; Montgomery County, MD; Fairfax County, VA; City of Arlington, VA; and City of Alexandria, VA)
4. Must be lien and judgment free
5. Bank customers and noncustomers are eligible to apply
6. Current business certificate of good standing and/or business license
7. Only COMPLETE applications received by the application deadline will be reviewed 8. Proof of ownership of the designated business

Grant Applications will be reviewed in accordance with guidelines established by Industrial Bank:
