CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) & MANDATORY CONTINUING EDUCATION (MCE)
The Criminal Lawyers Association of the NT Bali Conference (CLANT) 2009 may qualify towards your continuing professional development (CPD) and or mandatory continuing education (MCE) requirements.
CLANT 2009 is also seeking accreditation from other relevant law societies and bar associations. Full details of accreditations will be available once the conference program is settled by the Secretariat. All registered delegates will be provided with an attendance certificate. Attendance certificates will not be issued to
accompanying persons. As requirements vary between professional associations participants should also make their own enquiries.

Passport: All passports must have at least seven (7) months validity from date of entry to Indonesia

Indonesian Visa: Australian passport holders now require a visa for Bali. This is issued on arrival at Denpasar airport. Cost of an Indonesian Visa is US$25 per person (incl. children), and can be paid in Australian Dollar equivalent; however, it is preferred that you pay in US$. If you are travelling on a passport other than Australian please contact the Indonesian Consulate for details regarding visa requirements.

Indonesian Departure Tax: This tax is payable on departure at Denpasar Airport. Cost is Rps150, 000 per person (incl. children); this must be paid in local currency only.

Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to The Best Conference and Events.
Cancellations made before 1st April 2009 will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, all cancellations made after the 1st April 2009 will incur a cancellation fee of $75 per delegate. Substitution by another person is possible with no additional cost; please advise The Best Conference and Events prior to substitution.
