Ken Gross, President and CEO of Connect America.com, LLC, has many years of experience in providing security and protecting lives. Since 1977, Ken has been in the Residential and Commercial Burglary, Fire and Emergency Response Business. With the huge population of Americans now over 65 years of age, Ken realizes seniors are at risk of a serious fall or injury while at home. Many live alone, and many more have existing medical conditions. Connect America has been a tremendous success across the country and Ken is proud to offer opportunities in the exploding Medical Alert Business. Ken was an integral part of the First Alert and Sears Security Systems programs over the past 30 years.
Mark Leighton, Chief Operating Officer for Connect America.com, LLC, is Responsible for overseeing all Operations, Sales, and Marketing. He has served in several capacities over the years for Connect America as Vice President of Sales, and Chief Marketing Officer. Before joining Connect America, Mark gained vast industry experience over more than 15 years in areas that include Marketing, Merchandising, Disease State Management, Operations, and Procurement, for companies such as CVS/Caremark, Albertson’s, and Shaw’s Supermarkets.
Lara Lewis, Vice President of ConnectAmerica.com, LLC, has been active in the alarm industry since the 1990s. She has been an integral part in helping grow Connect America from its first customer to where it stands today, protecting hundreds of thousands of lives across the United States and Canada. Throughout the years she has taken on many responsibilities and is diligent in all aspects of the business. She continues to manage employees, maintain vendor and dealer relationships, and oversee day-to-day operations including order fulfillment,
programming and technical support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ninon Prozonic, Vice President of Strategic Alliances, is a Certified Strategic Alliance Professional, responsible for developing national strategic alliances with a wide variety of industries. With 25 years of experience, she has developed and maintained national strategic alliances with companies such as CVS/Caremark, Standard Life and Accident Insurance Co, Long Term Care Insurance, HEB, Allstate Insurance Canada, and Primus
Telecommunications Canada. Her alliance efforts play a strong role in positioning organizations to become the top alarm companies in the United States and Canada.
Howard Teicher, Vice President of New Business Development, has been in the life safety industry for over 15 years and has been recognized by such companies as General Electric and First Alert for his sales efforts. He has developed award winning, nationally recognized sales and marketing programs and continually seeks to bring not only new business opportunities to the company, but specializes in matching potential partners whose customers can benefit from medical alert services. Developer of the “Connect and Protect” partnership program, he is hands-on to assist new partners with everything they need to be successful in the PERS industry.
Richard Brooks, President, Healthcare Division, has been an executive in the PERS industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Connect America, he was President and CEO of Health Watch, Inc., the second largest PERS Company in the industry. At the time of its sale to Philips Electronics, the company had over 125,000 subscribers located throughout the United States. The Healthcare Division is involved in the marketing of our state-of-the-art technology to hospitals, homecare agencies, visiting nurse associations and state and local Medicaid agencies located throughout the United States.
Roy Kimble, Operations Engineer, Connect America, LLC, established the smooth transition of programming, packaging and shipping Medical Alert Systems nationwide, complete, ready to install by simply plugging in the Main Unit and connecting to the Monitoring Station for activation.
