Cancellations & Late Arrival

We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. On booked packages, we require 48 hours notice. Please understand missed appointments will be charged 100% of service fee. If you arrive late we can offer you the remaining time on your treatment, so as not to interfere with the next guest’s treatment. All appointments are secured with a credit card or gift card when booking.

Group Bookings

We can cater to larger groups, such as bridal parties, corporate events, bachelorette & birthday parties. Please note that an automatic 15% gratuity will be applied to groups over 5 people.
