Innovative Design

Motoman HP3JC Robot Available in either a compact fixed (waist-based)

Ensure Safe System Operation

Safety Enclosure

Every industrial robot solution we provide incorporates a safety enclosure specifically tailored to the hardware present on the system.

Built in compliance with industrial standards (ANSI/RIA R15.O6-1999), the safety enclosures serve a vital role in protecting both operators and samples. Interlocked doors prevent unsafe access to the system while it is in operation. During runs, the system can be paused, unlocking the doors.

Ready for Any Emergency

In the event of a sudden need to stop the system, strategically placed safety pendants allow the user to halt robot operations immediately to prevent damage to equipment or samples. In setup mode, the access door interlocks open to allow convenient access to labware and equipment.

Easy Access

During runs, the system can be paused and the doors unlocked to allow safe interaction with the equipment inside.

Intelligent Door Placement

Because each system is purpose-designed, access doors (full-length or table-mounted) are placed where they can provide easiest access to devices such as labware carousels and incubators or devices that need frequent interaction.

Liquid handlers such as the Biomek FXPmay be found outside the safety enclosure and provide protection via their built-in light curtains. Together, these features make working with a Beckman Coulter Industrial Robotic Solution a breeze.
