Verona
Upon arrival in Verona Italy today we will be met by a Metronome Tours local representative and transferred by private coach to the Hotel Gilberti. Our hotel is located in the city centre of Verona. The remainder of today is free at leisure to relax and unwind.

Verona
After breakfast we meet with our guide and enjoy a morning’s tour of Verona with our guide. Verona is one of Italy's loveliest towns and has become famous for its summer opera season. This has been a thriving and successful town for most of its history, and today smart shops and cafes fill the attractive medieval lanes of the historic centre. On today’s tour we will visit the medieval city centre from Roman ruins to the so-called 'Juliet's balcony', to the beautiful Arena. We will have plenty of free time this afternoon to enjoy Verona on your own. Lunch is included. (B,L)

Limone – Malcesine - Limone
After breakfast we make our way to the ferry pier close to our hotel where we board the lake ferry for a 20 minute ride across the beautiful lake to the town of Malcesine. Here in Malcensine we meet up with our guide who will show us all the interesting sites of this lake-side gem.Malcesine is a small town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. It's a picturesque tourist resort with cobbled lanes and a castle, located between the blue lake waters and the massive mountain ridge of Monte Baldo. Our guide will give us a walking tour of Malcenise before saying goodbye to us and allowing us to explore Malcesine on our own before we head back across the lake to Limone. (B)

Verona – Lake Garda.
Breakfast at our hotel this morning. Mid morning we depart the hotel by our private coach and are taken to magical Lake Garda where we will check into the Hotel LePalme for a 7 night stay. The waterfront Hotel LePalme is housed in a 17th century villa and commands a prime location in the centre of Limone. This evening we have a welcome to Lake Garda dinner at the hotel. (B,D)

Today is a free do to visit one of the other lake side towns or simply relax in Limone and enjoy the beauty of the lake. (B)
16June Limone – Riva Del Garda – Limone
Breakfast at our hotel this morning. After breakfast we make our way to the ferry pier where we will take a short ferry ride to the town of Riva Del Garda.
Riva del Garda is the main centre of Northern Lake Garda. The mild climate favours a typically Mediterranean vegetation with lemon trees, olive trees, laurels and palm trees. The centre of Riva del Garda will fascinate you with its works of art and architecture, witnessing to ancient history and a past rich in art and culture. Highlights of the tour today will be The Rocca (housing a city museum and art gallery), The Apponeae Tower, the Pretoria Palace, in addition to its many beautiful Baroque Churches. The afternoon will be free to enjoy Riva del Garda on your own before we take the ferry back to Limone.

20June Limone - Venice
After breakfast at the hotel this morning we say goodbye to Lake Garda and travel by coach to Venice. Upon arrival at the Piazza Roma our private boat will be waiting to transfer us to the Hotel Ca Dei Conti where we will enjoy a 2 nights stay. In the early afternoon we will meet with our guide and enjoy a half day walking tour where our guide will explain a bit about the history of this unique city. The remainder of the day is free at leisure. (B)
21June Venice
This morning we meet our guide at our hotel and enjoy a half day sightseeing tour by boat to the island of Murano. Here on the island we will have an opportunity to view the artisans making the famous Murano glass. After touring the Island of Murano we will return to our hotel for overnight. (B)
22June Venice – Home
Breakfast at our hotel this morning before we are met and transferred by boat to the Venice Airport for our trip home. (B)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TO BOOK:
A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 plus insurance premium is required upon booking. The balance of the tour is due in Metronome (Group) Tours offices 60 days prior to departure. Your final payment date will be on your confirmation/invoice. Some tours including cruises may require higher deposits. Confirmation of this will be done at time of booking.
TOUR INCLUDES:
Hotel/Cruise accommodation based on twin share, all transfers and transportation by air conditioned coach with driver, Arrival assistance, and meals as specified in the itinerary, local taxes on accommodation
TOUR EXCLUDES:
Personal items, any meal not listed in the itinerary, tips and gratuities, and insurance.
