Coach and Mentor

By focusing on the motivational power of participative goal-setting, this session enables participants to better understand the responsibilities of “leader as coach” and learn to apply effective goal-setting and performance management processes in leader-follower relationships.

Programme Overview

This session lets participants learn how they can adapt their expertise and mind-set to aid the organisation in a value-adding way.

Moving from Decision

to Action

This session engages participants to explore the foundations of decision-making and its various overlapping components through analytics, judgment and critical thinking.
