Marketing opportunities must be confirmed by DRMA to be valid; acceptance of the application by DRMA

constitutes a contract.

Payment in full is due with application

How It Works

It’s FREE to participate.

AMTS will send a series of three pre-designed e-blast messages promoting AMTS from the Exhibitor to an email

list of up to 2000 contacts provided by the Exhibitor. The e-blast content and design has been shared with the

Exhibitor and will be the same for all exhibitors participating in this free program, except the exhibitor logo and

booth number, and an optional 100 word custom message.

The Exhibitor’s contact list must be provided in .xls or .csv format, and does not have to have any other contact

information but email address included, if not desired, as it won’t be used for any other purpose beyond this email

campaign. Note that contacts in this list must have given the Exhibitor previous permission to receive

e-communications with them, through some other opt-in email program.

Lists must be received by 8/3 in order to be included in the schedule of blasts set for weeks 9/7, 9/21, and 10/5.

Adjustments will be made to this schedule if lists are received later than 8/3, as we are able to accommodate.

Email List Terms of Use

AMTS will use the Exhibitor’s provided email list solely for this 2015 attendee e-blast campaign described above, and will

not share the list with any outside party nor use it for its own purposes outside of executing this 2015 attendee campaign

on the Exhibitor’s behalf. A separate MailChimp account will be opened per exhibitor to further protect list privacy, and the

Exhibitor may request login credentials at any time to verify, if desired. If Exhibitor has no use for the account upon the

close of AMTS 2015, they may request it be closed permanently by emailing [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO ANTI-SPAM REGULATIONS, NO PURCHASED EMAIL LISTS ARE ACCEPTED BY MAIL

CHIMP. IN ADDITION, MAIL CHIMP REVIEWS ALL EXHIBITOR-SUPPLIED LISTS FOR SPAM POTENTIAL, WHICH IS

OUT OF HAFENBRACK’S CONTROL. IN THE EVENT THAT MAIL CHIMP FINDS ISSUES WITH THE ACCOUNT OR

LISTS AND SUSPENDS THE EXHIBITORS CAMPAIGN, HAFENBRACK WILL INFORM THE EXHIBITOR, AND IT WILL

BE UP TO THE EXHIBITOR TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES AND COMPLETE THE E-BLAST SENDS THAT ARE IN

QUEUE, IF DESIRED, OR CANCEL THE E-BLAST CAMPAIGN. HAFENBRACK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MAIL

Exhibitors may rent the list of 2014 registered attendees. The list will be provided in Microsoft Excel, and

include name, company, address, phone and email. Please note that the information contained in the list is

exactly what was provided by the attendee and has not been verified by AMTS management. Contact

information for some attendees may be incomplete.

Terms of Use

Registration list rental is offered exclusively to 2015 exhibitors. The list may be used for either electronic or

direct mail marketing,

exclusively for promoting exhibitor’s presence at AMTS 2015. Any item distributed

via these lists must include the AMTS logo – see the Exhibitor Marketing Kit on the AMTS website to

obtain the logo and for more information.
