Dear Student Friends,Due to Covid - 19 situation and government restrictions, CA Rakesh Agrawal Sir has decided to launch Live Virtual Batches for CA Final - SCM&PE, in collaboration with A.S. Foundation (ASF), as per the following details :
1. The batches will start within few days from the announcement of CA Final result by ICAI. The exact date will be intimated to you after the announcement of November, 2020 exam result by ICAI. Most probably, the batch should start on 15th February, 2021 i.e. on Monday.
2. Various options available to you for attending this batch shall be :
(a) Face to Face live classroom coaching in the premises of ASF at Pune - In this case, you need to physically come to the classroom on regular basis.
(b) Live Virtual coaching - In this case, you can attend the lectures from any place on your laptop or mobile phone. You will be able to view the live telecast from ASF classroom on real time basis. However, you need to be regular and
punctual to log in to the system every day as per our time table.
(c) Google Drive Version - It is also known as cloud version and you need to download the video lectures from the cloud link provided by us. You can buy this product online from our website : www.carakeshagrawal.in. In this case, you will have the convenience of watching the recorded lectures as per your own time table. This product will be made available to you after 15 days from the start of live batch. Tentatively, from 1st March, 2021 onwards.
(d) Pen Drive Version - You can buy this product online from our website : www.carakeshagrawal.in. In this case also, you will have the convenience of watching the recorded lectures as per your own time table. We will copy all the video lectures in a pen drive and will give it to you. However, this product will be made available to you 15 days after the completion of live batch. Tentatively, from 7th June, 2021 onwards.

(a) Face to Face Classroom Batch : ` 12,000 (b) Live Virtual Batch : ` 14,000 (c) Google Drive Cloud Version : ` 15,200 (d) Pen Drive Version : ` 16,200
General / Common Information
1. It is a regular batch for those students, who are studying this subject for the first time. Updated up to November, 2020 module of ICAI.
2. The entire batch duration shall be around 100 working days (approx 3.5 months) with each day lecture of around 2.5 clock hours.
3. The batch timing shall be : Morning 6:30 to 9:00 AM.
4. We will provide you the printed copy (i.e. hard copy) of classroom notes.
5. Lectures will be delivered in English language only.
6. Difficulty solving will be done at the end of the lecture every day.
7. Switch over from one option to another (i.e. upgradation) will be allowed only in emergency cases, subject to availability of seats and by paying difference fees plus shifting charges. This option can be exercised only once for genuine reasons and with the approval of ASF management.
8. Future updations / changes will be available for free downloading on the website : www.carakeshagrawal.in.
9. Students who are going to appear in January, 2021 attempt; may also join this batch. Please note that no refund is allowed, irrespective of your result. At the most, you may switch over to Cloud or Pen Drive version, by paying the differential charges, as explained below in detail.

Option-wise Information
(a) Face to Face Batch
It is suitable only for those students who have residence / accommodation arrangement at Pune for around 3.5 months.
Regular, punctual and sincere students, who want to enjoy the face to face teaching are welcome in this batch. This batch is most suitable for those students, who are fed up by sitting at home / studying from home, during lock down period. You will get back-up lectures (i.e. Google drive link) for a restricted viewing
duration of total 60 clock hours. This can be used to cover up the missed lectures and for revision purpose. You can view any video lecture of your choice, but restricted for total viewing duration of 60 clock hours. It will remain valid for 1 year.
Only one student is allowed to sit on one bench, to maintain social distancing. Students will carry their own sanitizer bottle and will wear the mask. Admission to this batch is limited to maintain social distancing.
In case of any emergency, you may switch over to option (b) or (c) or (d), by paying differential fees plus ` 1,000 as shifting charges.
If you shift to option (c) or (d), you will get the views for remaining lectures only and not the full version of all the lectures.

(b) Live Virtual Batch
It is suitable for those students who don't reside in Pune or those who prefer to watch the live telecast at the comfort of their home. You need a laptop (window based) or mobile / tablet (android based) to watch these live lectures.
For best viewing experience, we recommend the use of laptop only and not the mobile phone. Due to small screen of mobile, you won't be able to view the matter written on the board very clearly.

CA Final SCM&PE - Live Virtual Batch Page 4 Regular, punctual and sincere students, who want home comfort are welcome in this batch. However, you have to log in to the system as per time table given by faculty. Missing the lectures (except for emergency) is not an option in this case. You will also get back-up lectures (i.e. Google drive link) for a restricted viewing
duration of total 60 clock hours. This can be used to view the missed lectures and for revision purpose. You can view any video lecture of your choice, but restricted for total viewing duration of 60 clock hours. It will remain valid for 1 year.
For genuine reasons, you may switch over to option (c) or (d), by paying differential fees plus ` 1,000 as shifting charges. However, you will get the views for
remaining lectures only and not the full version of all the lectures.
In case, if you want to switch to option (a) i.e. Face to Face batch, then you will be allowed to do it only once, subject to availability of seats in the classroom. In this case, you will not be charged any extra fees neither you will get any refund. The decision of ASF management will be final in this case. After the switch, your live virtual link will be de-activated.
Please note that 1 hour of live telecast consumes around 350 MB data. Quality of live streaming depends upon the internet quality. You should have a very good and strong internet connectivity for this option. Else, there will be a delay in live streaming or few seconds of delay between audio and video etc.
(c) Google Drive (Cloud) Version
It is suitable for those students who want full freedom to watch the lectures as per their own convenience from anywhere and anytime.
In this case, you need to design your own time table of studies.
You also need a laptop (window based) or mobile / tablet (android based) to watch these video lectures. However, for best viewing experience, we recommend laptop only and not the mobile phone.
You need a good internet connection to download the video lectures from the link provided by us. You do not need internet for viewing the video lectures.
Our team will send the printed copy (i.e. hard copy) of classroom notes, by courier and will issue you a Product Serial Key for viewing the lectures.

Your lectures comes with a validity period of 1 year and with maximum 1.5 views per lecture. Extra 0.5 views may be used for revision purposes.

(d) Pen Drive Version
It is suitable for those students who want full freedom to watch the lectures as per their own convenience from anywhere and anytime, but don't have powerful internet to download the video lectures.
In this case, you need to design your own time table of studies.
You also need a laptop (window based) or mobile / tablet (android based) to watch these video lectures. However, for best viewing experience, we recommend laptop only and not the mobile phone.
You will get the video lectures in a pen drive, after 15 days from the completion of live batch. You have to wait for completion of the batch, because we have to provide you all the lectures in a pen drive. If you want to start your studies immediately, then you may go for cloud option (c).
Our team will send the printed copy (i.e. hard copy) of classroom notes, by courier and will issue you a Product Serial Key for viewing the lectures with pen drive. You may book your seat online for this option from our website :

Your lectures comes with a validity period of 1 year and with maximum 1.5 views per lecture. Extra 0.5 views may be used for revision purposes.
No switching is allowed under this option.
