Attachment A

The following changes are hereby incorporated into the solicitation.

1. The bid due date is hereby extended to May 28, 2015 at 2:00pm.

2. Section B.4, Pricing Schedule is deleted in its entirety and replaced by Section B.4, Revised Pricing Schedule dated 05/22/15 in Attachment C.

3. Section F.2, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:

Attachment B

The following are responses to inquiries received.

1. Question. IBM is unable to provide pricing for Option Years One through Four. As an IBM premiere partner and authorized reseller, is unable to provide any pricing – to include estimated pricing – on IBM’s behalf to reflect Option Years One through Four. Providing an estimate via a proposal submission would bind the firm and would improperly commit a vendor to a price model that has not been authorized by IBM.

Response: See Attachment A, Items 2 and 3.

2. Question. IBM has advised me that there are discrepancies on the number of products that you

requested with what they actually have in your books. Also, they advised that there are also some duplicates.

B.4 REVISED PRICING SCHEDULE dated 05/22/15

B.4.1 The stated fixed Unit Price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) shall be inclusive of all of the Contractor’s direct cost, indirect cost, and profit; including travel, material, and delivery costs. The price shall include all cost associated with the services described in and required by the Contract. The Total Price/Extended Price shall represent the price ceiling, fixed fee, or not to exceed amount of the Contract.
