Release Notes for AccuCare 9.2.0.0
Feature Changes
1. Nine new reports have been added to the Prevention module:

These reports are available by clicking the Report button in the Prevention module and choosing the desired report from the dropdown list.
2. In the Prevention module, you now have the ability to enter a start and end time for your activity or enter its duration.
3. Durations for events in the Prevention module reports now display as hours and minutes (x hours, y minutes) rather than as decimal-based portions of time (20.75 hours).
4. The order of the fields has been changed in the Service Code Overrides, Business ID, and Provider ID sections of the Insurance Company setup area of AccuCare Billing. The fields for entering the new values are now above the tables containing the other items already in the system.
5. The search-as-you-type feature for the list of insurance company names in the Insurance Company setup area of AccuCare Billing has been changed to perform a “contains” search that will match any part of the insurance company name, instead of a “begins with” search.
6. AccuCare now includes the capability to submit insurance claims using the 5010 electronic claim format which goes into effect nationwide on January 1, 2012.
7. The Client Statement Report has been updated to improve readability.
9. The Prepare Claims module of AccuCare Billing has been enhanced. First, if a service line has been assigned an authorization number, the number will be displayed in the details for the item. Second, additional space has been added above and below the displayed service information to improve readability and visibility.
Bug Fixes
1. The Claim Submission module in AccuCare Billing will no longer throw an error when no Businesses or Insurance Companies exist in the database.
2. The “Add Service to Voucher” button on the ATR Assessment Voucher Request page now properly refers to Assessment vouchers instead of Treatment vouchers.
3. Improved the performance of the Insurance Payments module in AccuCare Billing when a large number of claims are being retrieved.
4. The Date of Admission question in the ASI can once again be left blank.
5. The “Attention To” line will now print on the CMS-1500 paper claim form for insurance claims. 6. The Date of Session date picker in the Progress Notes module will now clear itself of the selected
value when entering notes in succession.
7. Corrected an issue where the Analysis Date in the Placement Analysis module would not save the entered value during the creation of a new record.
8. The Authorization Tracking module will now display correct amounts of Units Used and Units Remaining when new authorization codes are applied to existing transactions in AccuCare Billing. 9. When printing Progress Notes that have the Start Time and End Time the same, the duration will
now show as “0h 00m”.
10. The number sign (#) can now be used in client addresses when entering a client’s insurance plan information in the Client Insurance Info module of AccuCare Billing.
11. The creation of outpatient paper claims with exactly six service lines will no longer create duplicate claim entries in the database.
12. Clarified the error message presented to the user when an invalid date value is entered in the Release of Information Date field of the Client Billing Info module of AccuCare Billing.
14. Service line-level notes longer than 80 characters each in the Transaction Register would previously cause an error during claim generation. These will no longer cause the error, but will be truncated on electronic claims that are submitted.
15. Services printed on the CMS-1500 claim form will now be ordered by Date of Service.
16. Sites with high client counts can now preview and print the Client Information sheets in Client Intake. However, please be aware that these reports may take a long time to generate and download.
17. Insurance claims can no longer be prepared for services that have the "Ins" column unchecked in the Transaction Register.
18. Question #9 of the GPRA Questionnaire (CSAT Discretionary) will now allow only one item to be selected as 'Yes' for the Detoxification Modality.
19. Corrected a calculation issue that was causing paid claims to appear on the Claims and Unpaid Insurance when they should not have been.
20. Fixed a bug that was causing the SYM score for the SASSI to not appear on the Adolescent ASI narrative report.
21. The Service Code setup area for AccuCare Billing now refers to the codes as “CPT/HCPC Code” instead of just “HCPC Code”.
22. Added a field to display the Electronic Payer ID for the selected payer when setting up insurance companies in the Insurance Company Info module of AccuCare Billing.
23. Corrected a bug that was causing the Interview Date on the BSAP ASI to be duplicated in the database when the "Carry Over to Assessment" behavior was used.
24. Modified the Composite Score Report menu to handle duplicate interview dates in the event that they exist in the database.
25. The first word of the Diagnostic Impression comment will now be included in the Adult ASI narrative report when the Print to Text option is selected.
26. Resolved a condition that would cause two sentences to run together in the Medical Status section of the Adult ASI narrative report when the Print to Text option is selected.
27. The Print to Text option of the ASI narrative reports no longer opens a blank browser window before the file download begins.
