PUJ is Georgia’s newest regional airport, having opened in 2010, and was the first jet-capable airport constructed in Georgia in thirty years. Key features of the airport include:

• 6,000-foot runway with expansion capability to 7,500 feet. • State-of-the-art 23,000 square-foot terminal building.

• The Airport Technology Park is a 190-acre county-owned property that is ideally suited for aerospace and aviation companies. 80 acres of the Park has direct runway access.

• Hangar space and fuel services are available through PUJ’s fixed base operator (FBO), Paulding Jet Center.

• PUJ is an IFR airfield with ILS and GPS approaches.

• The Paulding County Industrial Building Authority (IBA) is in the process of constructing a 35,000 square-foot hangar for aircraft and corporate offices. • The airport is located on U.S. 278/GA 6 and provides direct four-lane

highway access to I-20 (24 miles), and Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (40 miles).
