The  impact  of  computer  adaptive  tests  on  applicant  reactions        With:  The  Ford  Motor  Company  and  Dr.  Ann  Marie  Ryan  

  Led  a  project  for  Ford  investigating  test  specifications  of  computer  adaptive  tests  and  the   impact  they  have  on  applicant  reactions.  This  project  resulted  in  a  tech  report,  

presentation,  and  proposed  research  project.    

Team  cohesion  and  effectiveness  in  a  Mars  environment  simulation
