Preparation of a Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) for two urban segments of CA-5 where the technical designs are not yet developed and to prepare a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for each of the four sectors of CA-5 North Highway projects for which technical designs already exist. Specifically, the Consultant will prepare an RFP for those sections of CA-5 of which technical designs have yet to be decided (i.e., Zambrano and Las Flores). Preparation of a RAP for each of the four sections of CA-5 where the technical designs are now available (1. The purpose of these Terms of Reference (TOR) is to define the scope of work for the services of a consultant to prepare the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the Improvement of the CA-5 North Highway Project.
