choice for home décor and retail wall graphics that can be removed or repositioned with ease. wallNOODLE is a
6-mil matte white vinyl with a heavy weight liner and an ultra-removable adhesive.
The IMAGin wallNOODLE can be screen printed and digitally printed with most OEM and third party inks.
The special ultra-removable adhesive allows you to apply it, reposition it, and remove it to re-apply at a later date
(save the liner for storage) without leaving behind adhesive residue.

MACtac®'s research and development team has made a revolutionary discovery of a line of pressure sensitive
films which are easier to apply and reposition than traditional films. These innovative films will help
applica-tors save on application time and increase profitability. The film has a thermal set feature built into the film that
allows ultra conformability when the film is post heated to 220 degrees. Air bubbles and wrinkles are easily
pushed out thanks to the micro-structure of the adhesive.

IMAGin digiTrans is a 4-mil soft white vinyl with a special semi-permanent, black opaque adhesive designed
specifically for short-term outdoor mobile advertising on busses, taxis and subway trains. IMAGin digiTrans
works on flat to slightly curved surfaces and can be easily removed for quick campaign change out for up to two
years after installation.

• MACtac’s STR328 Street Rap is a 3.2-mil matte
white, PVC film designed for the production of
outdoor sidewalk and parking lot ‘floor’ graphics.
• The product is coated on one side with an aggres

and asphalt surfaces.

Tips for successful digital media application
• Select the correct media for the surface in which the graphic will be applied. Use the proper media for Indoor or outdoor applications on flat, curved or complex curves. Check manufacturers recommendations. • Select the correct ICC profile, to match the printer, RIP program, ink set and media. Check manufacturer's websites for latest ICC profile download. • Allow image to fully dry lying flat for 24 hours prior to applying an over laminate film. If laminated too soon, the trapped solvents will continue to attack the media reducing the durability and may attach the adhesive. Even though most printers print roll to roll, it is recommended to allow the image to fully dry lying flat and unrolled for 24 hours. ALL
manufactures of digital media recommend a 24 hour dry time with solvent and eco solvent prints.
• If doing a vehicle wrap, the ideal location for installation is indoor in a controlled environment. The surface of the vehicle should be cleaned 24 hours prior to application and kept indoors to allow drying. The surface should be clean, dry, smooth and free of any contaminate such as grease, oils, silicone, wax, salt and road grime. Just prior to application, the vehicle should be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol.

Instant Dry Porous coated media types:
Although instant dry porous coated media is touch-dry straight out of the printer, it is recommended that prints
are left to dry fully before laminating. As with other inkjet papers, it is recommended at media is left for 24
hours for consistent results.
Polymer (swellable) media types:
As with other aqueous inkjet papers, 24 hours drying time should be allowed for consistent results and before
lamination to allow the print to fully dry.
Matt Coated Papers:
To ensure best results with matt coated media types ensure that ink loads are kept as low as possible to reduce
the possibility of cockling. This is especially important with the lighter matt coated grades.

Permacolor high-performance optically clear overlaminating films are specifically designed for the
protection of photographic, digital, electrostatic and screen-printed images. They protect against abrasion,
moisture and other potentially damaging effects in both indoor and outdoor environments, including color
fading caused by prolonged exposure to UV light. Available in a wide variety of finishes and sizes.

Rigid Pressure Sensitive Overlaminates
These unique, flexible overlaminating films lend rigidity to photos, transparencies, ink jet, electrostatic
and screen-printed images. This allows images to be displayed in non-flat configurations and to be rolled
and transported on a regular basis (i.e., trade shows). Permacolor® can be used in both indoor and outdoor
