ceiling mounted air conditioning unitsprovide temperature and/or humidity control for those hot spot areas in
the building which exceed the central system capacity. They are an economical solu-tion to such demands which may, in fact, be temporary until the next offices are carved out of an existing plant area, another laboratory added to a school or new medical
equipment installed at a hospital. No floor space is required by the CeilAiR ceiling mounted units. The units are designed with a wide range of options to handle both comfort and precision cooling applica-tions. Typical applications include:

re-Air Technology Systems, Inc.
sponse of the SATS air conditionerto changes in temperature and humidity. The system shall provide premium setpoint accuracy while controlling the room condition’s rate of change, minimizing the equipment energy consumption and maximizing the system’s operating life and reliability.
Power Loss Restart
In the event of a loss of power to the system, the C6000 can be con-figured for Automatic or Manual Restart. The C6000’s non-volatile memory enables the system to re-start when power is restored, with-out the loss of the “last” stored set points and other system configura-tion settings.
Sequential Load Activation To minimize the total in rush current loads during system startup/restart, the C6000 controller shall be con-figured for time-delay sequence startup. The user can designate specific unit restart time-delays, as well as, each unit’s respective electric heater and/or humidifier. Unit restart delay can be adjusted from 0 to 10 minutes.

This feature allows time (15 to 60 minutes adj.) to “pull-down” the conditioned space’s load without nuisance alarms during initial startup or power loss restart.
Security
Multiple security levels prevent unauthorized adjustment of critical system control parameters.
Diagnostic & Service Mode The C6000 shall incorporate a unique self-diagnostics algorithm that continually tests systems func-tions and hardware operation. In the event of such a failure, the user will be alerted to the condition via a visual and audible alarm.
Control Board
The Control Board shall initiate a self-test of the control system. Input Diagnostics
All system inputs and output devices shall be continuously monitored for proper operation.
Night Set-back
The C6000 shall include Night Set-Back occupied/non-occupied energy saving modes. This feature enables the user to customize each unit’s daily 5-day/weekly and 2-day/week-end operational schedule.
