DBA
1. Should Create Mutation Cell login for a Tahsil based on the order of the person appointed as Mutation Cell In-charge using his/her Sevarth ID as login id.
2. Register Digital Signature for all Circle Officers and Talathis by calling them to Tahsil in batches asking them to bring their digital signatures along. This is also to be done for Mutation Cell In-charge.
Common Task for Mutation Cell In-Charge, Circle Officers and Talathis
1. Download and install Digital Signature Driver Software as per the Vendor of Digital Signature Provider (NICSI / Ncode) if not done earlier and do Internet Explorer settings as per manual provided.
2. Install Digital Signature Activex Component from eFerfar web site https://10.187.203.134/eferfar
Talathis
1. Update last mutation number for each village as per last mutation number in manual system – One Time Activity
2. Do village processing for each village – One Time Activity.
3. Do the Bulk Data Signing after login and village selection (for each village) – One Time Activity
4. Generate PDF’s for a village after login and village selection (for each village) – One Time Activity
1. DBA should Create Mutation Cell login for a Tahsil (Steps given in User Manual for Creating Mutation Cell)
1) Login as DBA with already registered Sevarth Id
3) Click the button नवीन
.
4) Enter Sevarth ID, Name, Password, Mobile Number, Aadesh Kramank and Date .
This creates the Mutation Cell role.
Now to use LR-SRO Linkage application, one has to login as Mutation Cell role to view all documents received from concerned SRO, Generate Mutation Register Entry, Generate Notice-IX etc.
2. Register Digital Signature for Talathi, Circle and Mutation Cell login
Following screens show the detail procedure of Digital Signature registration:
a) Login as DBA with already registered Sevarth Id
b) Select the “डडडिटल डिग्नेचर रडिस्ट्रेशन” link from the “रडिस्ट्रेशन” menu
c) Select a Sevarth Id from the dropdown list and click on the “डडडिटल स्ट्वाक्षरी डनवडा” button
e) Select the Digital Signature from the pop up and click “OK”
f) Click “िाठवा” button
This process has to be repeated for each Circle Officer, Talathi & Mutation Cell Incharge

3) Common points for Mutation Cell Incharge, Talathi and Circle Officer
- Install Digital Signature Driver Software SC-SED for NICSI Dig Sig
Following screens show the complete flow of SC-SED Driver installation
a) Download the driver from the download link provided on the login page as shown below. Save the set up at the local system at the desired folder
b) Go to folder and run the set up by clicking the “SC-SED.msi” file as shown below
c) A new window will open as shown below. Click NEXT to start the installation process
d) Click “Install” button
e) After the completion of the setup, click on “Finish” button
f) SC-SED icon will be displayed on the desktop once the completion is successful
The Driver Installation has to be carried from each Client (PC / Laptop) that will be used in eFerfar Application.
Note : We have not received Details of NCode Signature, as and when it is received from SC Office, User Manual will be upgraded accordingly.

Download and install Digital Signature Activex Component For usage in Data Signing and do Internet Explorer settings as per manual provided
Following steps depict the complete procedure of downloading and installing the Component
Open the eFerfar Url : https://10.187.203.134/eferfar
We get the Home Page as shown below
a) Click on Download Link on top left side shown in yellow background, We get the following Download Options
b) Click on ActiveX Control Link, it asks to save or run the MSI Setup file as shown below. Use run option.
c) We get the following Screen which asks for installation of ActiveX Setup on Local Client. Click NEXT button
d) Installation setup asks for local folder to install the setup. Choose local folder and click NEXT
f) Installation is complete. The ActiveX Component is installed on Local Client for usage of Digital Signature
The Activex Installation has to be carried from each Client (PC / Laptop) that will be used in eFerfar Application

Internet Explorer Settings:
a) Go to Internet Options in the settings option of the browser as shown below
c) Go to the “Security” tab, select “Internet” and click the “Custom level” button
d) You will find the following window. Now select “Enable” for all the “ActiveX controls and plug-ins” as shown below
e) Click “OK”
f) Repeat the procedure for “Local Intranet”
g) Repeat the procedure for “Trusted Sites”

TALATHI TO DO

Talathi should login using his/her registered Sevarth ID and Password
a) Select a village from the grid
Talathi should complete the following one time activities after village selection as shown below:
1. Talathi to update Last Mutation Number
Following screens show the complete flow of last mutation number Updation
a) Click the “चालु फ़ेरफ़ार क्र. अद्यावत करणे” button
b) Following screen will be shown
c)Click on the “िंपादन करा” button in order to change the last mutation number ,change the mutation number and click “िाठवा” button

a) Click the “डाटा प्रडक्रया” button
b) A message will be shown after the successful completion of Village processing as shown in the following screen
3) Talathi to do Bulk Data Signing after login and village selection Following screens show the detailed procedure
a) Click the “बल्क डाटा िाइन” button as shown below
b) A warning message will be shown that this process might take some time to complete. Click the “OK” button to continue.
c) Talathi will be asked to enter the PIN of the attached Digital Signature as shown below. Kindly enter the PIN and click “OK”
d) Once the bulk signing is completed, a message will be shown regarding the total survey numbers for which the Bulk Signing completed successfully

4. Now select the “७/१२ पी.ड़ी.एफ़ तयार करणे” button
Following screen will be shown with the “चालु करा” button. Click this button in order to start the process of PDF generation
Once the process of generating all the PDF’s has been completed, the count of generated PDF’s will become equal to the total number of PDF to be generated as shown below
